The delivery was less than 24 hours. That is very rare these days, not even Amazon does that properly nowadays. It makes online shopping fun when you pay a lot less and get the stuff the next day.

I've ordered some silicone on Werkenmetmerken, they ship it after 5 or 6 days and got it after about 8 or 9 (Destination: Amsterdam).
I choose them cause on the website they say "Order today, get it tomorrow" and I needed that silicone just as soon as possible, but I got it after 10 days and no one told me anything about this inconvenience, no emails, no calls, nothing.

We can only ship it the same day when the product you ordered is in stock, this is displayed on the product page and also in the shopping cart.
On both those pages is the expected delivery time displayed as well. Unfortunately our site is in dutch and it might not have been clear to you.
You ordered the 12th we shipped the 17th in with 3 business days passed, delivery on the 18th according to our transporter.
We send an email when we ship your order, if it does not arrive the next a simple phone call or email and we are on it!
