Posted a job - and contractor had asked for a 700 euro deposit to confirm appointment. He did not show, and it proved to be a scam. No support from Werkspot offered and no ability to get refunded. Does not seem like they vet contractors well. Use another site.

I registered my company to receive job offers, and this is the second fake offer I have received (because it is not actually an offer and another company is looking for work too. I tried to contact support to report it and ask for a refund, but unsuccessfully

I was scammed on this website. I am now in the process of legal proceedings to get back the €550 deposit I paid to a contractor from Werkspot who never completed the work.

The problem with this company is the same as all job lead suppliers. The potential customers think that everything is for them.

If you read the reviews it's all from customers and not tradespeople.

In general a lot of people who post up jobs are also advertising the jobs in other places......as a result not all leads are clean

If you don't want to lose unnecessary money, keep your hands away from this platform. This is a big-time money-making scam. You need to sign up and link your bank account to it. What they do not tell you is that as soon as an aspect reaches out to you and potentially shares their personal details, for example, a phone number, you will get charged. And you have no influence on avoiding this, because basically everyone can reach out to you and can share a phone number with you. Mostly they charge 41€ for a provided phone number... Imagine 10 people a day sharing their number... It is ridiculous and a scam. I understand service fees, and I understand they need to make money as well. But 41€ for a phone number, and then the feedback from them, "We are sure in the future you will have so many projects to get the costs back in," is simply disgusting.

Shitiest company ever. I had to pay 600€ and didn’t get any client. you have to pay for the phone number even if you not sure the person who shares the phone number is not the bot

stay away from this website if you are an entrepreneur... you will be charged every time when a client shares their contact details with you, even if you don't ask for it... Most clients are curious and bored and just want to know an approximate price for a possible job(for that you have always to pay between 6-70 euro)... so maybe good for some clients , but in no case for professionals.

Hi. I see that I’m not the only one to get in that werkspot/scamspot trap.
Do not register at their website!!!! I have called them and spoke with one of them before sign in and get convinced that payment for them goes ones u made an agreement with the client. After full registration. Got some numbers that I couldn’t reach. Nobody answered or replayed via WhatsApp or sms. Was thinking it’s the way it is…. After a month received an invoice for their services. Instantly asked to stop my account by them. Get an answer that if I want to stop I have to pay. After few emails back and forward I paid and account was stoped. And after another two months receiving incaso for unpaid services for werkspot/scamspot. Contacted again they said that thei were sending me numbers of clients that I have never received . So now have to pay several hundreds of euros for it. Who knows how many times they send the same numbers for their victims. Be aware!!!

I would definitely recommend! I used a company called A&C glazing through Werkspot and the service was great, quick, anffordable and they were very polite. Couldn’t be happier!
