Lying about delivery time
Don’t know where to start.
I have bought washing machine and dryer from them, because Siemens website directed me as trusted distributor. I chose the models that was promising “delivery in 2-3 working days” because my old machine was broken and I have a new born baby at home. I ordered and started waiting. 3 days later no update at all, we called them, they said “because you paid with PayPal whole process starts 2-3 days later because we get the money then.” Like? Is it written on your website? No? How can you occasionally postpone my order because of a payment method that you are offering without warning!?
Whatever we waited, 1 week past, no update. We emailed them to ask where are the goods, “your order will be shipped tomorrow”. It was shipped via Hermes, Hermes informed us because we wanted “service and montage” our order will be delayed. 3 weeks later, machine finally arrived to my house.
2 service guy from Hermes, almost throw the machine took out transportation bolts and left.
We run the machine, because they didn’t bother to level it, machine started walking in the room.
We had to pull and level the machine that we paid 80 euros for “2 men montage service”.
Complete disaster.
Never again.
