These people will accuse you of the same things over and over again regardless of what actually happened. They will also ask the same questions over and over again. I've reported them to the DOT a few times for encouraging drivers to go over hours or run on broken equipment.

They refused to send me $50 lumper checks for Walmart. They refused to reimburse me on new parts I bought to fix their busted trailers. They refused to fix my AC when I was rolling through Yuma for them when it was 120 F. They told me to, and I quote, "Get over it."

Multiple times I was denied home time, often when I was 30 minutes away, or time to go get medicine, for literally no reason. They told me, and I quote, "You don't need [medicine]." They told me that I don't need medicine that directly affects my heart, eyes, and kidneys that was prescribed by a doctor of 40+ years.

When you do get hometime turn off your phone. They called me all hours of the day and night, during a shower, and even when I was in surgery to assign me a load. I had let them know MONTHS ahead of time of the time I was taking off and when I'd get home they'd claim ignorance or "you didn't let us know." Why the frick else would I request a load literally down the block from my house? Their IT keeps all messages sent so they were just straight up lying.

I bought tickets to one of my favorite bands, that isn't touring anymore, and I requested off time. Their response was "we aren't doing that." When I said I needed time off to go with my family to Vegas they replied the same.

None of your home time, health needs, much less food is of any concern. They only care about loads.
