It was very fast and perfect,

The process was easy and quick i got my evaluation within a month even tho the fees were a little bit high.

I have a great experience with a girl named Sarvanthi, she helps me a lot. I did not receive my WES report from upto two months and i was worried for that. Whenever i tried to call customer service, then they told me working on your report even on my portal it shows you evaluation is completed. One day i started live chat and that girl escalated my report and i received my report within a week because of her. I get my evaluation very well. Overall experience is good but i request all of WES team that pls provide report to their customer on time, if it take time then let them know via email or message because they are paying you. So i think is this your responsibility to take care of your customers.

I had a great experience working with WES. The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It takes minimal effort to complete the application for diploma evaluation. Overall, the process was smooth and convenient.

Doing everything from wes portal made it great. I didn't have to contact my university personally, I just followed the link on wes portal.
The timeline was great. In just 3 weeks everything was concluded. I didn't have to do any follow ups. It was a seamless experience from the comfort of my laptop and that made it really great.

Your website has been terrible lately, and I couldn’t apply for duplicate copy of my transcript. Your customer support was not helpful. I hope you improve your customer service by employing people that are knowledgeable and helpful with challenges faced by customers.

The way in which the workers communicate is top notch. Whenever you call for assistance, they are always available to talk with you and give you updates.

Yoo honestly the experience has been heartbreaking, my unofficial evaluated copy was uploaded on 23 March on the portal, even today my recipient hasn’t received it.When l call am being told its been escalated with no resolution happening after. This is disappointing WES, we running after deadline and all and honestly l expected better
