Item delivered very quickly. I was unhappy with the quality of product received and returned for a refund although this is more the fault of the manufacturer. My refund was processed 5 days after they received the item back. Thought the communication could have been better but all in all my issue was handled well.

I bought one item from the seller, and delivery was fast! Very unexpected! So I've bought an additional 3 items from them, within the same week. Yes, they're that good. Costumes are very cheaply made, but you get what you pay for, and that's no fault to the seller.

If you're ordering a fancy dress outfit I'd say you dont normally allow a few weeks to get it ordered just in case its going to be shoddy and you will have to return it, wait a week for a refund and then replace it. Fair enough if it had been the wrong thing but this arrived in the packaging looking like it had been taken out before and thrown back in. The seem stitching was shocking and bits of threaded stitching were hanging.
I contacted the company to complain and their policy is 5 days to refund. No good. Sometimes internet shopping can be a pain in the back side. This was one of those times.

Ordered a fancy dress costume for hubby as wee were having an 80s themed party, ordered the shellsuit, awful quality like a thin waterproof material! very noisy every time he moved unable to wear it! Did contact company butto date no reply!!

Dress was nice and fitted ok but the headband that went with was a bit crappy

I order the costume online and it arrived well within the delivery time stated. The costume was just what i needed for the party i was going to on Friday night. I didnt win best dressed prise but had a great laugh.
