If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
Ordered 20 spray bottles and 60 screw cap bottles.
15 spray bottles arrived and 50 screw cap bottles arrived alongside 52 screw caps.
Called to enquire if another parcel was coming with the rest. "investigation" was done and company director claimed all bottles were sent. Director was unwilling to claim the missing items from DHL. It "wasn't worth" his time for a few quid but also wouldn't replace them either. Offered a 10% discount off my next order which doesn't help me in any way. Avoid. Wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing as this seems to be a common occurrence.

However, I ordered 100 each of 2 different sized bottles, and they were all loose in the box.😏 I then had to sort them into 2 plastic bags which was very inconvenient, hence 4 stars not 5. In 20 years of ordering from many different companies, bottles have always been bagged by size. It also keeps them clean if anything happens to the outer packaging.

Website needs updating with images as it’s a bit unnerving when ordering without an image.

Great company. Speedy delivery. Never had a single issue after many orders of different sizes PET pots. Decent prices for ordering in smaller quantities compared to various other suppliers.

We've only been 2 weeks. Wait and excuses after excuses and the attitude is not very good. Not very customer friendly.

If there was a no star I would.. ordered some bottles apparently I only ordered 1 I was expecting 5 weather I made the mistake or they did i expected 5 bottles who orders 1 bottle and pays £6 delivery what a joke so I have emailed with the rudest of responses no help what so ever.. also just seen them selling on tik tok free delivery stay well clear not very nice people to deal with am afraid I feel very ripped off with no offer of any sorting it out. Stay clear and read more reviews before buying of these I wished I had massive 👎🏼

First and definitely not my last order, very well priced, rapid delivery and quality items.

Parcel didn't arrive the next day which is what I had paid for and made payment and completed my booking before 1pm. I had to wait over the weekend until my package finally arrived.

This is the second time this has happened. Please don't let it happen a third time.

Tried to contact them via phone and email, no reply to either and no delivery.
Been waiting since 6th May.
Emailed to chase up and possibly get a tracking number but not received any reply to my email.

EDIT:
Had a phone call today and they’re resending bottles today.
Possibly Royal Mail lost them (no surprise there)

Website was really easy to navigate. Products are really good quality. Will definitely using yous as my supplier. Thank you
