Very difficult and untrustworthy when it comes to returns. Chat and emails remain without the answer, as soon as I asked about returns received nothing but radio silence :( I'm worried now what's gonna happened when I send items back, am I gonna receive refund???? :(((

Questionable
I got most of the stuff I ordered .
However got sent the wrong colour lipstick. Contacted via many different platforms, inc their live chat but no answer, their website messages but no answer, email no answer, Facebook no answer. I only want the lipstick I paid for but didn't receive.
Yeah I got most my items but if there's a query of something is wrong then no one gets back to you. For that i give 2 stars. If someone could actually rectify the problem then I will give 4 stars. Glad the item wasn't expensive. Still.... I'm without what I ordered.

I have had positive shopping experiences with We sell cosmetics by my last order took a while to come & same again this time.
It’s is now 23.11.2021 and still no order :-(

I always give people the opportunity to make things right.
I thought we sell cosmetics had turned a new leaf 🍃 because they emailed to apologise but I just realised this was only because they saw the review I wrote on Trustpilot. (I think I might have been too quick to come to that conclusion that they turned a new 🍃 leaf )
Although they apologised and were willing to make amends by refunding the missing item, I was NOT given a full refund. I was prepared to let it go once they refunded the money but to say I am disappointed is an understatement.
On checking Trustpilot's current reviews I can see that what happened with me in September 2021 is still happening to several others i.e. not responding to emails or resolving issues arising from orders placed with the company. I am LOST for words....

Really disappointed ordered three items on the 2nd October 2021, WHICH I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED. I have tried to contact this Company several times to know prevail. If the company is having issues getting items dispatched this need to me communicated to customers. Terrible customer service.
UPDATE
I have finally received an email from ‘we sell cosmetics’ who have resent the products which I have received this evening and a refund as a good will gesture.
They highlighted that they had been experiencing technical issues with their email service but this had now been restored.
I feel happy that after weeks of waiting and contacting the company, I have finally got my products. And hope in the future they will be able to keep customers informed of any issues in getting items dispatched, or with the email service etc.
Wouldn’t use again
No confirmation email sent out, delivered weeks later, didn’t know it was still coming. Emailed for an update twice no reply. Tried the chat three times no reply. Product came half full and clumpy. Would have sent back and got a refund but didn’t as dont think I would have gotten anywhere. Wouldn’t use them again and probably wont even get a response.

I purchased some OPI Nail Polishes as well as some brow pencils/ brush on 5/9/21 which was the first time I ordered from this company.(We sell cosmetics) The items were delivered on 15/9/21. I only received 7 out of the 8 items with 1 OPI polish missing from the order. I sent an email on 16/9/21 advising them of this, I also tried contacting them via telephone twice to no avail. There has been no response from them to date (20/9/21). Wesellcosmetics sent me an email a day before I received the parcel to rate them on Trust pilot. On receipt of the order, I went on to Trust pilot to check other reviews to see if they had similar experiences to me. There were some reviews on Trust pilot with similar experiences to me (i.e.) that is,
1). Item/items missing from orders.
2). Wesellcosmetics not responding, acknowledging or resolving the issues by either sending the missing items or issuing a refund.
3). We sell cosmetics not returning calls.
I have once again sent them a message through their website today. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from them. This seems to be a pattern which is not right and dishonest. The products are well priced and delivered reasonably on time; apart from that, I will urge you to think carefully before purchasing from them. For the reasons mentioned above I have only given them 2 stars. If they had responded or resolved the issue I would have given a rating of 3 or 4 but for those reasons it is DEFINITELY a 2 🌟 🌟 FROM ME! DON'T THINK I WILL BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!
