I watched interest rates drop and wanted to take advantage of it with my home loan. I called Lenox Home Loans after hearing their ad on the radio multiple times. I was uncertain about dealing with an out of state company but after my first conversation with Mike Rael I felt good about proceeding. During the course of the loan process I became a widow and the loan had to be reworked. Both Mike and the processor Gigi Kyritsis went the extra mile to follow my loan through to completion, and they did so with real sensitivity. I highly recommend this company. I anticipate my relationship to continue in the future.

Blythe helped me from start to finish in the most professional and timely manner. I am easily one of the most amateur clients she could have had and made it an absolute breeze. Thanks so much for everything from only being able to communicate on tuesdays to scheduling my notary appointment. What a blessing!

John Feehan did an excellent job helping out with the refinance, very pleased.

Due to Corona, it took me nearly 3 months to finally close on my house. Lori Kellett was my loan officer. From day one. I can honestly say she was a huge help and really seemed to care. I probably would have given up and gone with another lender if it was not for her. Her answered my emails, calls and questions, even when no one else would.
I really appreciate her and thank Lori for making this a bearable experience. She even called me to congratulate me when my loan finally funded. She is the definition of great customer service.

Don't waste your time !!
I should have read the reviews before I contact Josh at this sham company. Original contact was ok. Asked for paperwork which I supplied. Called with a with a question (no answer) Message best way to contact is by email (no response. I caught him off guard one time and he answered the phone only to tell me he would get back to me. Never happened... It's been over a month and a half and still no contact. No way to run a business. I went to another lender and got a contract in 7 days...........Do your self a favor and look elsewhere.

It was a pleasure working with Bobby and Maria. Questions never went unanswered and all of our concerns were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend them to handle all of your purchase or refinance needs. Very polite and professional.

Brad was fantastic! There were some issues with the title company and without his help and patience, I'm not sure we could have resolved them. His communication and follow were always prompt and courteous. Such a great person to work with!

Brad who was the person I was in contact with and he was very professional and knowledgeable, as he knew the answers to all my questions. He guided us through all aspects of the refinancing process. He explained the documents and sent them in a timely manner. We were able to use electronic signatures which speeded up the process. We were in touch on a daily basis as the refinance was being finalized and it was a smooth journey. I also like to mention that Veronica our loan processor did a great job in getting the information that was required for the refinance, especially due to the pandemic situation.
