Unprofessional and Disgusting
This Group has treated an elderly disabled lady with such u professionalism, leaving her scared to drive her car. The site manager closed the complaint and failed to provide any assistance and after two years of constant failings they have finally turned their backs. Any offer of good will for the mismanagement and horrendous treatment will only be given if linked to the purchase of a new vehicle. This Group should be ashamed !!!
