The most trustworthy garage I have ever dealt with!! Efficient, friendly staff who go that extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Their pick up service is superb, always on time. The MOT and full service was carried out on my Tesla, thoroughly and on time for a wonderful price. No hidden horrors or extras. The best out there!

I have been going to them for years. Pick my car up and drop it off when sorted. Great comms and very reasonable pricing. I would recommend to all.

Excellent service with Westbere. I chose them for an MOT and they collected my car, arrived on time, and provided a great service. Gary is great and Tanya, who collected my car was also really nice. They are both so friendly and helpful. Your car is in safe hands here.

Terrible. I have used them before because I live in the sticks and they will pick up car and deliver and have lent me a car in the past. They collected car on 24thNovember, they left a car but no key. The communication was dire. I rang every day, usually several times but was told every time that they would ring me back, they put the phone down each time I rang and never rang back. Eventually I was told I needed a part. They said they would loan me a VW. It came with not a drop of petrol. I paid someone to go and collect a can as not enough fuel to get to a garage to fill up. It wouldn’t start after I put in the petrol so I missed a Doctors appointment. I eventually got it to start, I drove into Canterbury and it broke down causing me a lot of hassle and expense. I had to leave it in Canterbury. I continued to try and speak to someone, same problem and quite often no reply.
Just before Christmas I was rung by Ben to say good news, they had the part but had lost the key!! I eventually got the car back on Christmas Eve, exactly a month after it went into the garage. Had they been honest with me and had ordered the part in the beginning I could have hired a car , instead I spent a fortune on taxis.

Having been hounded for payment on the busiest day of the year, it cost well over £2,000. I found that the engine cover was lying on the back seat with the sharp parts down and have dented the leather upholstery. The electrics cover was lying on the floor and the engine amber light comes on when I drive. I now see that there is fuel still leaking on the ground under the car. I have emailed twice, spoken to Gary who promised me he would speak to Ernie and would definitely ring me back, of course he hasn’t.

I am almost 80, not in good health and have been treated appallingly. The whole episode has caused me so much stress. Without transport for a month before Christmas with a houseful of family arriving for the holiday it has all been a nightmare.

My car went in on a flatbed 3 months ago and came back out on a flatbed with the engine in a worse condition than it went in with , they need to be honest and communicate with their customers I strongly wouldnt recommend this place to anyone who values their car and time

1st time I have used Westbere, recommend by a friend,
Took the car in on Monday fault found, not the same as the main dealer, they collected the car Thursday dealt with it and hopefully being returned today.
Very good service.
A very friendly bunch of guys.
Will definitely use again,

have used Westbere garage for car servicing, MOTs then subsequent extensive repairs in two different vehicles. They have always been very accommodating and friendly. The best bit for me as a full time working female is the pick up and drop back service they offer .. I couldn’t have got my car to the garage without it! I’ve spoken to several members of the team over the last year or two & everyone has gone out of their way to be helpful.

Very friendly, efficient and thorough.
They picked up and dropped off the car at my home address for no extra charge.
I got a full service and MOT including repairs and a wash.
I had the loveliest chat with Ernie who made me feel very comfortable and confident about their service.
As a younger person who doesn’t know much about cars I’ve been searching for a place I can trust to treat me fairly and not over charge and I believe this is the one!
Will definitely use again - highly recommend.

Since moving down to Canterbury I first went to Westbere Garage a year and a half ago and I’ve always taken my two cars there fantastic service pick up and good jobs done thank you very much. I recommend to anyone.

They destroyed my car. 2015 Mazda6 ,replacing a smaller turbo. Price: 2004 Pounds?. The car was in the workshop for 3 weeks. What happened? They damaged the gear shift cable fork, gearbox, and right driver's mirror. turbo leaks after replacement, needs to be replaced!!!! Idont" recommend this garage to anyone!! I"ve seen a lot of what goes on there.The mechanic working outside? He smoked four cigarettes in three hours and was also on his phone.Despite this , all the cars waiting for repairs have thier windows cracked open!! It's raining and everyone ignores it...It's a mess in there... Roman

Booked in for a haldex oil change on my Audi TT and decided to change the gearbox oil at very short notice. These guy's are very knowledgeable, quick service with genuine part's. I will be going back for other works. Would highly recommend

Had my battery and starter motor fixed, was very fast to do the repairs and very communicative with me. They were able to sort out the details with the warranty company with no issues and were very friendly.
