I have had Westbury build orangeries at two properties, one of which was listed. Both the design and building process were very professional and accommodating. The team were very helpful - especially in helping to attain planning permission on the listed property. They've also been as good as their word concerning follow-up support.

We had a a conservatory built by Westbury 15 years ago. Great product - we love it and great aftercare. looks as good today as it did in 2011

Experienced terrible service when dealing with this company, most arrogant and not customer focused at all, wouldn’t recommend at all!

After looking at a number of suppliers, we engaged with Westbury at the end of 2015 for our Garden Room. The process was smooth all the way with no problems and the installation crew were great. Time passed without incident and then lately we had an issue with one of the window locks. Within a week a two man team arrived and fixed the issue and then checked all the other doors and windows and the lantern. A complete service call! After all this time!! We are SO impressed and so glad we chose Westbury. Anyone out there trying to decide, don't hesitate.

Some 20+ years after we added a wonderful timber conservatory to our house, the Westbury team were again on hand to undertake some repair & maintenance work. As anticipated, this was carried out very professionally by their skilled tradesmen. Thanks to everyone at Westbury for taking care of us so well after all these years.

Westbury went above and beyond in their endeavour to meet their warranty commitment with replacing some defective roof glass. From their proactive response to our initial report, to the care and attention taken by the site crew. Special mention must go to the crew who at all times took great care to protect internal and external finishes. Altogether a very satisfactory experience.

This firm were friendly, professional and straightforward to deal with. The design is elegant and full coloured drawings are presented before production allowing you to make any final adjustments to the appearance or specification. The installation team arrived on time and were very professional and left everything tidy. The quality of the lantern is superb. Very impressed.

Westbury managed an extensive garden room addition and internal modification project at our property in 2016/17.
The quality of the product and the project management were excellent.
The after sales service has also been excellent, always responsive with information and recommendations and fair when repairs were required after the warranty period.

'We provide excellent Customer Service and the customer is our focus' is said by so many companies nowadays, but very few deliver on this, once they have had your money. Westbury are the exception to that rule ! We had our beautiful Orangery built by Westbury over a decade ago now and no matter how long since you have had it, they are always so helpful whenever you have an issue. We recently had a issue, they came out, at no charge and then came back to finish the work for us. The guys were (as always) very professional and cleaned up after they had finished. Such a pleasure to see a home grown business still doing so well and still providing service, above and beyond your expectations. Congratulations and a massive thanks and well done for keeping this level of service up to Jonathan, James and all the team.

Westbury's Aftercare service is excellent. They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

As well as being an exceptionally beautiful orangery, Westbury’s aftercare is also exceptional.
Our orangery was built 9 years ago and even now if there’s ever any issues the Westbury team always come back and fix/help us maintain the building. This is why I would recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone.
If we had gone for a ‘version’ of an orangery through a builder there is no way that any builder would care enough to keep their product and the maintenance to the building in tip top condition.

Westbury worked with us on the extension of our Victorian townhouse, adding a sun-filled garden room to our north-facing garden. It has completely transformed our lower ground floor.

Completed last summer, our Westbury Garden Room has brought incredible light and warmth into our home. We’ve been absolutely thrilled with the result—it has quite literally brought the sunshine in.

One of the key reasons we chose Westbury was the personal involvement of the company’s founder, Jonathan Hey. He personally took my initial appointment, visited our home twice, and handled every concern we had with genuine care and our best interests at heart. His eye for design is exceptional, and he’s built a business with a reputation he should be proud of. In today’s world, it’s rare to meet the owner of a company of this size, and I’m truly grateful for his time, dedication, and commitment.

The entire process was seamless. The team genuinely cared about every aspect of the design and delivery, and their attention to detail was second to none. From initial planning through to the final window cleaning, their highly skilled, fully professional team handled everything with precision and care.

The result is a space—and a home—that feels truly magazine-worthy.

I have now completed two orangery projects with Westbury as well as the supply and installation of all the windows, doors and bespoke cupola for an extension. I first chose Westbury having spent time visiting all the major orangery/conservatory factories in the UK to establish which company offered the best quality and overall service. Westbury came out ahead in that first analysis because of the very high standards of design and manufacture in their factory, the latest woodworking and machining equipment, the intelligent selection and engineering of timbers to ensure sustainability and quality and the overall attention to detail. Ten years on I continue to find they offer the highest standards in the industry with constant refinements in design and construction and so as a result I have now had my second orangery from them and my sister and neighbour have also chosen them for major projects. It is not just the quality of manufacture and construction that has impressed me, but also the creative advice at the design stage as well as the superb aftercare service once the project has been completed. On my second project in particular it was the design input from the Westbury team that created such a wonderful room that we now, unexpectedly, use it all year round, unlike the previous conservatory that had a much less pleasant feel. What’s more the whole team seem to be personally invested in each project and continue to offer genuine aftercare help and advice to ensure everything is kept in perfect order. The installation teams are always very professional, friendly and experienced. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I’ve found it is rare that one has such a positive experience from start to finish when working on building projects, but with Westbury I can honestly say that this has been the case, not just once but now with three different projects of my own and with relatives and neighbours too. I am very happy to recommend them.

We learned that a Westbury garden room is unique. From the initial discussions about our requirements and wishes; through the design phase, into construction and implementation; and then post-project 'clean up', everything is done to ensure that the customer is satisfied.

From the beginning of the process to the completion of our Orangery the staff have been first class in every single aspect. The guys worked so hard on site and spent 2 weeks from first thing in the morning until late evening every day to ensure a quality finish.
I would have no hesitation to recommend Westbury Garden Rooms for a quality and valued product.
