Saw an add regarding a lease special on tv so I called. I called the one in Amityville first and within minutes I spoke to a sales person and they informed me they don't have the car. Was not the case with Westbury location located in Jericho. First I spoke with a Matt and he hung up on me when he said I need to come in person to buy a car and no sales person could speak to me on the phone. I called back again and then Omar hung up on me. I called back a third time asking to speak to a manager and was questioned why? I introduced myself by name and said its a matter I would like to keep private. That is when Alison jumped on the phone. After telling her the experience I had her response was "what would you like to accomplish with this conversation" in a rude tone. Now she did deescalate the situation and answer all my questions following this. That is why I am not giving them a 1 star.
