As always I was treated with the utmost respect and care. The procedure I had was a difficult one, but was handled in a very professional way. Also the advice given and any concerns I had were treated in a caring and reassuring way! I am also pleased with the aftercare I am receiving. All the staff genuinely care and that makes a big difference!

No waiting time. I was seen by an excellent dentist (Dr Ghataure) who was gentle and considerate with a nervous patient.

Very difficult to get in touch with by phone. Tried to phone on many occasions to make an appointment, to be told that they were busy. Said there was a text back option which my phone oddly did not work. Surprised that they are not easy to be contacted given they are a profit making business.

Great advice staff are so friendly l am in my seventys and was very unhappy with my teeth. I am so excited to have my treatment thank you west End tental llangefni

arriving at the practice i was welcomed by a polite friendly receptionist. On meeting the dentist i felt at ease and looked after... receiving advice and options for my treatment. Being nervous before my appointment, i left feeling reassured and relieved, i would definitely recommend this practice
