Terrible - the dentist Mark told my mum she needed to get my dad in as he had to tell her some upsetting news - she was terrified and it was to tell her the new implants shes had needed ripping out and his friend could do it for her - she left in tears. He needs some training and has lost both their custom as well as my brother and his wife. Shocking and i am so angry with the way he treated my mum

The team who looked after me were kind ,calm and understood my anxiety and adjusted treatment in progress to help with any struggle I was experiencing....The reception staff are very friendly and informative and members of other teams stopped to help me with suggestions for sourcing dental hygene products. All in all a very welcoming practice with the well being of the patient at its very heart.

I have only just recently joined this dental practice, but I am very impressed how friendly and considerate all the staff are at this practice. They go out of their way to make you feel relaxed and are professional at all times. Couldn't have felt more at ease, highly recommend if you are a nervous patient. I had to have 2 extractions yesterday couldn't have been more nervous was absolutely dreading it but both the receptionist and dentist were absolutely lovely to me really reassuring and constantly asking if I was feeling ok or if needing a break throughout the procedure, amazing thank you so much, feeling a lot more at ease for the next appointment. 😁

The receptionist is always welcoming at Porthmadog, the nurses and my dentist is very professional knows his stuff and puts you at ease. The surgery is super clean.

I was given wise advice about my problem and Faye kindly discussed my options for future treatment. It's the high cost of treatments that is the concern.

I have had three appointments so far with Dr Khamar and he has changed how I feel about going to the dentist. He explains what he's doing patiently and calmly and I feel I'm in good hands

Everyone was very helpful and kind.
I have been in pain since the treatment on Friday and it has gone worst. I have a swelling and the jaw is very hot. I am not feeling at all well and very worried.

Toni the hygenist puts you at ease and makes it a good experience

I went for a consultation after not having been to any dentist in years. I was quite nervous but the staff put me at ease straight away. From the reception desk to the nurses and on up to the dentist, every single person was welcoming and had a smile. The equipment they use seems to be state of the art and I was just very, very impressed with my visit.

Excellent dentist, have never seen such high tech equipment and a dedication to you best help, it costs more I know but could well be worth the investment in your self.

The excellent preventative treatment I received from Toni over the years has meant that when I see the dentist there is nothing for him to do!

The receptionist was a joy,so welcoming and put me at ease .The care I have been given was excellent,Dr Khamar explains the procedure and is very calm,I've had several appointments and can honestly say I have always been treated well by all staff,the dental nurse is very professional,and works well with Dr.Khamar.Thanks to all.
