I ordered a toy 7 days ago. My order still has "processing" status. I don't know why ... Westfalia doesn't respond to emails. I have not had such problems with online shopping for a long time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE! I hope MasterCards will give me the money back.
Hi, again. I got an email that my item will be sent to me at the beginning of august because it is not available now. 6 weeks after ordering! On the web site, it is still available of course. Funny or not - for me not. I asked MasterCard for a chargeback and I recommend this way to other cheated customers.

Non-delivery by Westfalia
I ordered 2 weeks ago waterpump (HW3500 Classic), according shipping info, the parcel was shipped immediately via GLS. Then no progress, big-box parcel was "lost". I called +5 times to customer service. Zero action to get pump delivered. Try now to cancel.

I gave originály 1 star, correcting to 5 stars now as I received full refund for vacuum cleaner. Westfalia emailed an apology and had the money in my account few days later.

I purchased goods from ManoMano on 29 April and was told they were in stock at the time of purchase.
Nothing arrived for 2 weeks and when I chased I was told their supplier Westfalia in Germany would supply. I chased WF but nothing. Despite promises of a refund of £56 still nothing on 11 June so I have to raises a credit card dispute. They dont publish any contact numbers or address on their emails.
Both Mano Mano and Westfalia are not trustworthy and I would not buy from them as they have no process to manage supply and have failed to keep their contract. Its the first this has happened to me in 12 years for shopping online.

Would love to speak to them to see where our order is, e mailed them 3 times -no answer. Put in call queue for over 12 minutes. Cant comment on the goods as we havnt recieved them

Brilliant for tools I've purchased a machete only £4.49 what a bargain! Also had a meat hammer claw hammer and a axe! All brand new perfect for gardening lolz. Imported from Germany only takes 5 days to deliver. This place is a little gem cheap excellent equipment! Added: Tools also are not for burglar's honest lol. Be warned there sharp and deadly!!
Hi, I'm looking for a glass electric kettle with no plastic or silicone on the inside, Can you tell me if your "Westfalia Glass Kettle 2 in 1" has any plastic or silicone on the inside that comes in contact with water used for boiling the kettle.

Not that we are aware of. If the MAX fill level is adhered to then even the boiling bubbling water only touches the glass jug and nothing else.

I received the kettle today, the kettle has a stainless steel bottom that comes in direct contact with the water, the stainless steel bottom is attached to the glass not by magic so it must have some kind of sealant to do that.
You have lied twice to me on both my questions. You have wasted my time and taken my money dishonestly. Just saying you can send it back is not good enough.
Anyone can send anything back to you within the first month.

This means the sales contract between you and us only takes effect one month after you´ve received the goods . You can exchange any products you are not happy with, or we´ ll give you a full refund. You don´ t have to provide us with a reason."

Good morning
I do not have access to any of the products that we advertise on our website, so if I get asked a technical question about any one of them I have to contact our technical advisors in Germany to try to find the answers. I can only then relay these answers to the customers. This is what I did with the kettle. I can only forward the answers I was given and I apologise if they were wrong. You can of course return the kettle straight away for a full refund including postage charges.
Detach the RETURNS FORM which is on the top right hand side of the invoice.
Fill in the squares for amount and reason and manually write on the form that you would like a refund. Place the completed form inside the box with the item and address the box to the FREEPOST address below so that you won’t incur any postage charges. We will issue a refund as soon as the return has been booked back onto our system.
If you do not have the Returns Form then please include a short note stating your preference and your customer number. If you have any queries please call the 0844 number below.

Can't be an honest company if you can't contact them in Germany and tell them they were wrong. Does doing that make you worried about losing your job?
The fact is they didn't even bother to look at the kettle before they gave you an answer, they only had to pick up the kettle and take the lid of, take a look inside to give an 100% accurate answer. That wouldn't take any technical ability at all.
Just 100% corrupt or lazy maybe both, just wanted my cash statistically like any customer they could get to buy something on the chance they wouldn't send the item back.
A lot of customers out their these days who want a 100% glass kettle on the inside no sealant or plastic. Westfalia does not understand or care for why the customer is choosing there product.
I have a plastic De'longhi Brilliante kettle I bought last year that still works with no problems. What I need is a all glass kettle I'm fine with a glass lid but some are not due condensation dripping

unfortunately I could not find your name in any of the correspondence between you and my colleague, Christa Price.
I am sorry to hear that the item you received is not what was expected. To a certain extend I can understand that you feel mislead, however, Christa told you how this misinformation came about.
I do not think that there is any need to react the way you do towards our staff. They do what they can to help and if on the odd occasion this is not enough then we do apologise. But at no point was this intended or malicious.
Christa already gave you the returns procedure so please make use of this in order to return the kettle.

No she said she just relays information, Is that why you say I shouldn't react this way to staff? I mean it's not her fault she gets lied to for a living.
