I had Westfield Insurance for my home for a few years. I never had to file a claim so I can't review that. I recently decided to cancel because their cost was going up each year. I notified the company before the due date on their website and on the company managing the account on their website. I also followed up in writing that I was canceling. Received another bill a month later saying I owed for that month after the account was closed. I contacted customer service who apologized and said he would take care of it. Now two months later and I get another bill threatening collections. I am tired of being harassed! Contacting the company yet again.
