Thanks, all we bought our swift conqueror 480 in October 2024. As others have said so easy sales left us in the van to make our own decisions. After sales shocked me how fantastic and fast acting they are no quibble a couple of minor faults done even up to the last day of our warranty job done. Tim and Jennie.

We recently bought another caravan from them. George was a great salesman. Paul took us through all the paperwork and finally Peter demonstrated our new caravan to us with great knowledge. Got my swift conquer from here brilliant experience with getting what we needed,John was fantastic needed a few things putting right no worries got my caravan collected from the house and done the work with no worries kept me updated with everything, would definitely recommend this caravan place nothing's to much trouble staff fantastic

I have been a caravanner for over 30 years and dealt with numerous dealers. WMC is without doubt the best I have come across by far. Having just sold them my caravan the experience was pleasant from beginning to end. Starting with a phone conversation with Tony who made an acceptable offer to the caravan being collected by Alf later, the whole process was conducted in a very agreeable manner. Thank you.

Brought a bailey of them few weeks later found a expanding foam used to repair a leak paid cash like a fool do not trust

Purchased a Lunar Eclipse from WMC their damp report showed no damp. There were signs of damp in the caravan so l got it independently checked and it was found to be 35% damp at the front. I returned it and got my money back, same day WMC put it back on their forecourt for sale. I've just seen it's been sold again. Disgusting

We recommend west midlands caravans to anyone, we just Brought a buccaneer cruiser and we are over the moon with it, Tony and the team are absolutely fantastic, great service and lovely people, we had our van delivered to site from Alf, he was a true gentleman, no problems at all thank you Alf, just want to say a massive thank you again,

Fantastic, so pleased with our caravan and the service. Cannot recommend them highly enough. They are fastidious in their checks and their attention to detail is second to none. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or buy from again. The salesman Sam and Paul have been very helpful with all my needs thanks 🙏🏿.

We recently bought our new (to us) caravan from these lovely people at west midlands caravans, dont be put off with the premises the quality and service is what counts. We were treated great both before during and after the sale. One handle was missing but they promised to send us one and arrange for a local bailey dealer to fit but as its only two screws I said send it to me and I'll fit, it arrived four days later and it now fitted.. a special mention to Jon one of their mechanics .. we booked in a local site for one night as it was a long trip to do in one day .. and when we set up the toilet wouldn't flush.. a quick call to west midlands and twenty minutes later jon was on hand to fix it for us ... Great Service Great Vans No Frills showroom but fantastic prices and value for money, we wouldn't hesitate using them again or recommending to anyone 10 out of 10
