Swarm of bees
I very abruptly had a swarm of bees decide to take up residence in my hedge so I contacted this company to remove them due to the amount of children and pets in the neighbourhood , instead of taking up the job themselves for a cost, they referred me to a local bee keeper who carried out the job at no cost as he would house and keep the bees.
We need more companies like this, willing to sacrifice income for the sake of the environment.
When I offered them money for referring me to another company they refused. Again, we need more companies like this.
