Just bought a used car here. We thought the authorised dealer would be more reliable, unfortunately, it's not. Before we confirmed to purchase, the salesperson promised us to fix all the issues we raised out. But the salesperson changed when we collect our car that all those issues not related to the safety would not be fixed. I think it would be fairer to spell out all those non-safety issue would not be fixed before our purchase. It's not a big deal, but it's about the honesty and creditability as an authorised dealer. What a disappointed experience.

My car has been in to colne today from the booking to the collection you are kept updated with videos of the cae and by phone from either lauren or diane alqays a pleasure to see them both nothing is ever to much trouble thanks very much ladies once again brilliant service

The retailer tried to con me into having my breaks done when they did not need changing. After confronting them I had a independent mechanic check the pads and they did not need changing. They called me in and confirmed it was a mistake after telling me I was 65% worn on one occasion and 70% worn second time. How can you make a mistake twice ? Since then I found they have behaved very unprofessionally and now decided I will not use them again.
You spend £48000 for a car to be conned by them later at servicing.

I've now made an official complaint and waiting to see what happens.

DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY, ALWAYS GET AN INDEPENDENT MACHANIC TO CINFIRM WHAT THEY ARE SUGGESTING.

THEY ALSO NEED TO REPECT CUTOMERS AND NOT TALK TO THEM LIKE THEY MEAN NOTHING. USE A DIFFTRENT HYUNDAI RETAILER STAY CLEAR FROM MANCHESTER, BURY NEW RD.

IT WORRIES ME WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO SENIORS AND THOSE THAT DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT CARS.

Initial phone discussion about my enquiry was easy enough. Got the promised return call 24 hours later. Unfortunately the valuation for my vehicle did not meet my expectations therefore no deal could be done. But no problem with the process.

Terrible company.

They upped the deal they offered me three days later by £1050!

We bought a car for our daughter. Jonathan was an amazing help, very knowledgeable and friendly. Made the whole process easy.
They even bought balloons and banners to make it a special birthday surprise.
All the staff are amazing, the ladies in service especially.

John in Parts returned phone call immediately, unlike the other Hyundai Dealer I tried - secured the purchase and arranged Visit.

Emma was truely welcoming professional and wonderfull from first meeting and although no direct dealings with Nicola, again I witnessed excellent service and professionalism to the customers she dealt with.

Everything worked well. Didn’t have to wait too long and reception ladies were great thank you. Did think however my car would have been valeted?

On a recent visit to the Showroom looking to buy a new Vehicle. I witnessed a Male Manager I can only guess verbally abusing a Female member of staff at the Service Desk. The language used was out of order towards anybody but to use it towards a female is disgusting. It has turned my stomach and I won't be returning here. I thought Hyundai was a Modern Company but it seems you have a Manager from the 1970's

Amazing service from the team and Diane as usual. Best dealership service of all car brands ive used.

Very helpful and understood what I was looking for. Will definitely be back in the near future once I have decided which model I need.

I have used Hyundai various times throughout the years. They have always been professional and clear with what work needs to be done. Nicola and the staff on reception are all happy, chirpy and make you feel welcome. I would always use Hyundai Bolton as i know i can trust them to do the work to the highest standard. 5 stars to all the team. WELLDONE.
Additional information I work on site so i can not avoid having a dusty dirty car inside and out. When you get your car back it is clean inside and out. Thankyou Hyundai.

Bolton branch is a good 55 miles from where I live but the service which I received today was really worth it.

I have been using Hyundai Colne for my car servicing needs for a number of years. The service, from both a vehicle and personal interactive perspective, is always first class. Many thanks to the team - Lauren, Diane and Andy. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I dropped my car off at West Riding Hyundai for its annual service and not ahead usual Diane on reception welcomed me in her usual welcoming and friendly manner. She and Lauren are a credit to the West Riding Hyundai team, and I always look forward t seeing them both when dropping off and collecting my car.

My family and I have never had a lease car, or a motability vehicle before. However Roy Atkinson was an absolute gentleman in helping us through the process. He explained each step of the process, helped us with choosing a car that was correct for our needs, and answered every question we had. He even remembered my name, and the details of the conversation, when I called a full 3 weeks after my first initial call. I mean who does that?? Roy, that's who.

The dedication of the team especially Nicola that went the extra mile to help arrange the mechanics to fix my car. She made sure I was fitted in the very next day and reassured me that it would be okay. Had an exhaust filter fault which was cleared by the dealership. Excellent customer particularly nicola on the service team who stayed behind for me to pick the vehicle up as i work nights.
