Not good if you are a European customer. They have an exclusive partnership with a distributor (4 Paws) that puts on quite a hefty margin. Just be ready to negotiate. I only realised too late. Huge shame.

These builds are amazing. Customer service is the best. So much detail goes into getting the specification perfect. Highly recommend.

BEWARE OF "GUARANTEE" Do NOT use this company unless you want to be frustrated. My wife had her van converted but when an electrical problem arose she tried to claim on the guarantee; after checking with a manager the person on the phone told her that she had to bring the van down and "we will have a look at it". She pointed out that it was a three and a half hour drive each way but they insisted on them having a look at it. I rang them back asking them to use some common sense and employ an auto electrician close to us for what may even be a minor problem, I asked them to reconsider their request and stated that their future customers deserve to know about the quality of their after sales service. They rang my wife back and told her that her problem, (something that they had installed), wasn't covered by their guarantee. So two problems; firstly, without me ringing they would have had her drive down to Dorset for a problem they would have denied responsibility for, then secondly their 10 year guarantee isn't as comprehensive as they would have you believe. Them not having a Google My Business page where customers can leave reviews is very telling. T

Start to finish, the service was impeccable. There was a delay on the roll out for my garden salon, but that was due to Covid and it was made clear to me at the beginning that they were experiencing high demand. Each addition incurs an extra fee as you would expect, so think carefully about what you need and what you can do without or source elsewhere. After sales has been amazing too, I have had one point of contact (Lisa) the whole way through, she has answered my many, many questions quickly, thoroughly and honestly. I have no hesitation in recommending Wet Pets G:room pods, the quality is great and I love spending time in mine. I even go in there to do paperwork when I’m quiet.

Excellent after sales support, I called yesterday to enquire about an accessory used within their van conversions, the advisor gave me the details of the product and even offer to sell me some direct, but unfortunately they didn't have any in stock. Thanks to their help, I have now found the exact replacement. I would definitely recommend.
