I would give a zero but they do not…

I would give a zero but they do not allow this option. This company is absolutely awful to deal with. I cancelled with them. Advised to remove my credit card information and not to charge my personal credit card. They took it upon themselves to charge my personal credit card for a business transaction. I advised I wanted a refund and they sent me an email advising when I give another credit card for them to charge they would then credit my personal card. I advised I cancelled and no longer require their service. They still insist they should be paid. For a service they are NOT providing. The emails were rude and very unprofessional. Not once did they pick up a phone and try to call me. I asked to have a manager call me and have been ignored. The only response I get is asking for another credit card to charge. Again very poor customer service. I would never recommend them to anyone. Unless you want to be billed constantly for a service they are not providing. Cannot day enough how awful their customer service people are. I would be embarrassed to run a company like this.

Very pleased with content and service.

We did a complete remodel of our fitness facility, when we did we added Wexer. I liked it so much and it was so well received by members that, at my other facility, I removed another virtual class system and replaced it with Wexer. I am continually impressed with the content and customer service. They are quick to respond and are very helpful, even when out of warranty. Most recently Bill helped us when our projector died. With his guidance, purchasing a replacement and getting the system back up was seamless and quick. When touring prospects, the classes always provide the “wow factor”. Even to those that say they would not do classes. There is something for everyone.

Wexer Virtual

Have had some problems with our conversion from previous system to Wexer Virtual but I must say that Bill Fiorilli, Technical Operations Manager worked tirelessly with us and has gone above and beyond normal technical support during the process.

Easy review from a multi-gym owner who's very picky about it's vendors. Wexer equipment works. Technology is easy to use. And if there's an issue, the Wexer team is happy to solve the problem without question. No brainer decision if you're looking to add virtual training inside your club. Randy, Los Angeles, CA

After less than 1 year of purchase

After less than 1 year of purchase, the audio has completely stopped working. We reached out to a tech rep and have been going back and forth with them. They are very slow to respond. We've tried everything at this point and we know it is the system that is malfunctioning, but Wexer is convinced it is our audio outlet. I contacted my sales/account rep but she is unresponsive as well. She sent 1 follow-up email about 2 weeks ago after we were frustrated with the tech support, but has not called back to check in or offer assistance. I left her a VM last week and still waiting for that return call..... It is very disappointing considering the amount of money we have spent/are spending on this.

Great selection of content

Great selection of content. I find the system is well utilized in my gym and members see the virtual experience as something that adds value to their membership. My only reservation is the cost. It seems expensive for what it is, however I assume the cost is relative to all countries that it is used in and must represent value to the majority so just roll with it.

Outstanding Customer Service

Karen our account manager at Wexer is an absolute star! I took over an existing gym for my employer, with no knowledge of the Wexer system I needed help! Karen helped build in a virtual timetable based on our member needs and helped me plan into our live timetable for a re launch. Our members love the timetable and Karen was a big part of making it a success. Once we planned the timetable Karen then trained me how to use the system to ensure we hit our deadline for launch without any delay. Would I reccomend, 100%!

Okay but could be better

I only use Wexer for cycling and yoga videos. The frequency with which new rides are added could be better. I have experienced significant issues when Wexer does software updates- to the point of having to completely redo a schedule. However, the tech support staff are excellent. They typically respond quickly, are attentive to the issue and work well to problem solve.
