I would like to thank Alex, Andy, foundation guys, fitters and electrician for the awesome experience and finished product of my new conservatory! Alex made a no nonsense visit and gave advice, a straightforward and extremely fair estimate, followed up with plans and a fixed quotation. The price was fantastic as was the service with survey, quickly followed by foundations which I expected to make a huge mess, but they did a great job and cleaned up well. The fitters were on time and my word how fast did they work! The job was exactly to my specifications and there isn't a leak or a squeak or a sticking door to be seen! The electrician followed shortly after on same day and worked hard to put through electrics from what was an awkward source, but still made sure it was to standard and made a supreme effort to route the lighting wire through the cavity so that there would be no trunking which might have been unsightly. The workforce are all polite, tidy, efficient and apparently long-serving - unusual in this day and age. They all had good things to say about the company they work for and I'm sure you must be very proud of your company - you deserve to be. Thanks again, GC

Exceptional Service from WFS: I recently had the pleasure of working with WFS for the installation of two conservatories, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, thanks to the dedicated team, led by Andy the craftsmanship and workmanship displayed by WFS were truly remarkable. Each detail was meticulously attended to, resulting in two beautifully constructed conservatories that exceeded my expectations. Andy was exceptional in communication and professionalism throughout the project. They were always readily available to address any questions or concerns, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process. Overall, my experience with WFS was nothing short of excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking top-quality conservatories and outstanding service. The whole experience of choosing a new conservatory
was first class.
The old conservatory was dismantled and new walls built, all in one day. Plastering and electrics swiftly followed by the new Conservatory. Nothing was too much trouble. Wayne and his builders were thorough
and cleared up after them selves. We are extremely pleased with our conservatory and wouldn’t hesitate to use the company again

Had windows fitted porch oringery all new doors to a very high standard and finish today wfs windows fitted a new hot tub canopy wayne the director came priced the job up and within 3 weeks the job was done they even checked all the doors and windows they fitted over 4 years ago great company very thoughtful in the approach and design many thanks egghead

AVOID AVOID AVOID - Door was installed on the 01st of July 2022. It looked good and the fitters were professional. After a few weeks the door was catching, took multiple calls and eventually they sent a team out to resolve it. The engineers tried to blame it on the weather, however it is definitely the catch. Give it a few weeks and the same issue occurred. This time the engineers suggested a waste of a call out and that I should just continue fixing it. March 2023 and the door has persistently had the same issue, now it also allows water into it. After multiple calls and chasers they finally had the parts to replace the window. However they ordered the wrong glass so had to wait until that arrived. As I wasn't in the catchment area the engineers would only call if they were on route. I kept telling them that I couldn't do certain days of the week, they then arranged it for one of those days. I refused that date and stated you need to work around me, after already taking three occasions out of work to resolve the engineer visits and the original fitment. Again, I got told I can't give you a date.

Asked for the owner/ director of the company to call me back and never had the phone call.

Now escalated with Certass to ensure it is put right.

During the whole time, the service manager Andy made multiple excuses about it which strictly was not good enough.

Please do avoid this company, especially if it is not fitted correctly and I presume if you are not within a mile radius of the company to have a call out. If you can't repair the door, don't offer it especially if you can't service it.

Can't get any response.. not sure if still in business as had no correspondence with regard to glass panel faulty in front door ?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

From reassurances to hospitalisations to Company liquidations. This man had them all. What surprised me most was his dog not eating his paper work.

All my fears became reality once I placed my order with Andy.
8 weeks of waiting for a delivery that never arrived.
In the end, after having to chase him up, more lies and excuses was all he had to offer..

I’ve had to postpone all works because of Andy’s absolute incompetence.

There are better suppliers out there and I strongly recommend to use them.
