Trustworthy company let down by courier
Excellent service marred by the courier, who was in such a screaming hurry he didn’t even tell me how to start the scooter. I had to ring the sales team to find out. I was told the courier wasn’t one of their drivers but that’s no excuse - I still paid £200 for delivery. Love the scooter though.
Edited to add: thanks for responding. Used the same courier this morning with no issues.

I can't rave about this company enough
I can't rave about this company enough. I had lots of questions about a scooter I was wanting to purchase from their website. They answered every question and anything the person I was speaking to at the time didn't know he went and found out. Some of my questions seemed to me to be silly but they answered them without making me feel silly. For some reason my card was declined on delivery but I spoke to the company again and they sorted it for me and the bike was paid in full. I bought their jacket, helmet, trousers and gloves package aswell due to the great service provided. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Bought my 50cc neco borsalino bike…
Bought my 50cc neco borsalino bike 4 weeks ago realy happy with it lovely little bike . The only issue is a faulty fuel tank float i contacted them about it and the part was ordered and posted out to me asap . Got to say the service and the purcase of the bike all went smoothly very good to deal with friendly and great selection of bikes . Like i say made up with mine if your looking for a motorbike give them a look highly recommend them 👌
