Great app, love the variation to pick from, ordered from a few different sellers and so far a good experience, any issues dealt with quickly and professionally. Overall a great shopping experience. Highly recommended to all of my friends.

I am really enjoying Whatnot. There aren’t as many Canadian sellers but the ones I have met are amazing.

I love the bidding. The function works well. The speed response of the bid button is great.
I've seen kind amazing community oriented sellers and then a lot of sellers behaving as though they aren't making a profit..
I do not like when the sellers are not getting the big bids they want and become verbally abusive even calling people spending money thieves. One experience, A seller said we were robbing him and a bunch of thieves someone stated they paid for it. They didn't "steal" and not a "thief" like the seller claimed. ..The seller became worse and told them to cancel the order. No one was disrespecting him in his store. Not the experience I'm looking for.
I like the Givy. Very clever.
I do not like a 2 day return policy. I was out of town. My husband collects my parcels and doesn't look. It was missing a item. They stated to do a return and they'd send it to me. No such luck.
I like the combined shipping do not like if sales are slow for the seller they close. I have a half box not a full order to offset my shipping cost.

My mom, daughter and I have all joined. We have order and are ordering more. We really love it. I have shared with many people too

This platform is great . My son and I get really into it and have gotten great cards.

I have ordered 8 pieces this week. So far, 5 have arrived. One reeks of must, and one has black mold measles inside the purse. I am hoping Whatnot takes care of it. The 5 pieces are all from the same seller. 2 pieces were great.

I've met some really cool people and had a lot of fun bidding on items and winning some.

I mean for the most part I love what not I think there is a bed some bumps in the road. I don’t necessarily think all of it has to do with the sellers more recently. Sellers that are disappointing either because they’re scammers or they don’t take care of the items when they ship them. I think part of the responsibility is also the US Postal Service. I feel like the service would be better if you gave your business to UPS. I think there’s a lot of people on there selling fake merchandise as well but I think it’s out everywhere now and out of control.

Initially, I was impressed with this app, then on 29th March, I ordered 3 items from a shop called carlottacar, says its been accepted at post office on that day, no further updates, I put in a refund request but, whatnot have deleted the account of carlotta car, I have received no updates from whatnot about my refunds, just left me hanging, scam company obviously. I also noticed another lady on there saying "nothing came" whatnot help is rubbish, absolutely useless and I'm gonna delete my account
