First time using Wheelers after a search on the internet and definitely won’t be my last. Ordered engraved cuff links for my husband’s birthday and the service received from Bruce has been impeccable. Truly a five star service provided by this company.

I have used Wheelers Luxury Goods many times over the years for replacement parts/refills for my Montblanc pens. I just unbox the luggages and all I can say is I am so happy with this purchase/experience, you guys are amazing. I was exchanging emails (46messages) with Josh Wheeler and he have guided me from the start since I was reluctant with the color and size and the other luggage that I want is not available so he ordered them, embossed together with my requested colour then shipped together and arrived in just 1 day. For sure on my next purchases I will definitely look if its available in their website before searching to others.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Josh. I sent an e-mail on Saturday 2nd December and even though the store was closed that day, he responded promptly.
The gift was sent out on Monday, as promised, on next day delivery, arriving safely on Tuesday.

Before purchasing a Christmas gift for my son, I made two phone calls to Wheelers. Sadly, I don’t remember the lady’s name on the first day but she was really pleasant and helpful. On the second day, I phoned to ask just one more question before placing my order. I spoke to Naomi and like the lady before, she gave me the best customer service ever. Nothing was too much trouble and she even followed up with a lovely email to me. The item arrived earlier than expected, carefully packaged and in pristine condition. This company made me feel like a valued customer and I felt comfortable that everything would be perfect - and it was. Already recommending them to friends and will definitely be a returning customer when looking for a nice gift in the future.

The item I wanted had sold out, but Wheelers were happy to order it in from the manufacturer for me. It arrived ahead of time and was despatched immediately, they even called me to let me know the item was on its way! I have ordered a couple of times from Wheelers and in my experience they offer excellent value and service.

Bought the Steiff Musical Elephant. Given that it is supposed to be a premium product I was dissapointed that it was delivered in only a clear plastic bag in brown postage box. The elephant has a zip part that you can open to take music box out to wash. However there is no zip pull to actually undo zip. Baby isnt due until January but have just shown the will be oarents and felt embarrassed.

Bought a Radley handbag online at a very reasonable price. It arrived quickly and beautifully packaged, and I'm very pleased with it. The whole experience was trouble-free. I will certainly use Wheelers again.

It's rare I write online shopping reviews other than in exceptional circumstances, but the quality of service here deserves to be publicly recognised. I stumbled across this company searching for a specific Montblanc item which I found here very competitively priced. On top of this as a Channel Islands resident I was delighted to see the VAT being correctly automatically deducted and free postage offered at checkout – something that’s very rare to see with online purchases from the UK. Thinking this too good to be true I emailed the customer services and received an immediate reply from the business owner confirming all the details were indeed accurate. The purchase - an item of luggage - was ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and arrived at my door in Guernsey on Thursday morning - a logistics achievement that puts a certain online retail behemoths "Prime" service to shame for this part of Great Britain. On top of this communication with both the Company and its courier was excellent throughout. A truly 5-star retail experience from this family run business.
