Product delivered as ordered

I can see there are a lot of one star reviews for this company and no-one believes the 5stars so for that reason only I am giving my review 4stars(should really be 5). I ordered a new horn for my Kymco scooter two weeks ago which was acknowledged by email. The horn arrived via Royal Mail this morning. It is a direct replacement for the faulty horn and now works perfectly. If you are not expecting a overnight service you might want to give this company a try.

Do not order from this company

We ordered a part for a mobility scooter repair costing £261 at the beginning of January 26 and to date have received nothing other than excuses, lies and falsehoods. The phone has been slammed down twice, we have been told the part was on its way, has been posted, is being hand delivered, you name it, the owner has come out with it. Do not order from this company.

Scammers do not use this firm

On November 11th 2025 I ordered a seat frame for a Shoprider Altea 3/4 they took £126.14 from my bank account, today's date 17th February 2026 still waiting for refund, in December and January no answer to emails WhatsApp not opened, finally in January a reply saying part no longer made, would refund the money they took 17th Feb 2026 still waiting, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with obviously scamming the vulnerable disabled community DO NOT USE WEELIE GOOD MOBILITY CO. I will be in contact with Trading Standards and small claims court via my solicitors.

Wheelie good experience [not ]

Ordered a battery cover for my scooter in June this year costing £55.43. 6 Months later still waiting. Contacted the lady in question every month only to be told none in stock from China yet. Over a month ago I noticed they had one in stock but not the right colour ,to which I asked if i could have that one. No problem she replied, still nothing happened so I emailed wheelie good to say I am going to leave bad feedback , hoping that would prompt her into action. No joy, she just replied "I HOPE YOU HAVE A
S#H/I-T Christmas. I think the woman is mad .
Not covered by my credit card as is less than £100 so i will just put it down to experience.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY AVOID!!

Placed an order for what was advertised as a PAIR of foot mats for my mobility scooter, a month later after chasing them I received only one! I called them to be told that they had made a mistake with the advertising! I told the woman I wanted to return the item for a refund as wasn't prepared to wait another month. She told me it would take 10 days for me to get my money back...this still hasn't happened and they aren't answering the phone or responding to WhatsApp or email messages. As I paid on my debit card my bank have said I will have to pursue through trading standards. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

DO NOT buy anything from this company

DO NOT buy anything from this company, they are con artists. If you receive anything I can bet it will be either the wrong part or doesn't work. As for asking for a refund , forget it they do not pay up.

Company stated they would give a refund for a faulty part they sent, sent part back twice stating it was fixed (it wasn’t)
Eventually agreed a refund but kept saying next week… next week… didn’t like being chased up for the £155 I was owed .
Started to ignore me - called office she stated they would refund within 4 days … nothing …

No reply to emails … messages …

Order part end of November24 and still no refund.

Still perusing different methods to obtain my refund & will not stop untill the return of my £155

If I could give no stars then I would. Awful scam company and I wish I had read reviews before I ordered a mirror for my mobility scooter on March 25th. April 3rd still 'in process' so I emailed to cancel which was confirmed. Almost a month later and numerous emails, to which I have had no reply, I have not received a refund of £52.44p. What makes it even worse I could have got the mirror for £28 elsewhere. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY!

What a wonderful experience

What a wonderful experience! These folks operate both here and in the UK. Charmaine is a lovely UK gal who lives here in the USA and she was SO helpful and lovely. I had issues with the controller (an all-in-one unit, model #X2445B), on a BeyourWalker lightweight portable power chair. After receiving the part from them for a very reasonable price, i was still having issues (self caused LOL), so i called them up and Charmaine and her dad in the UK got on a 3 way call with me to figure out the problem, then i realized i had the chair in free wheel mode. Once i flipped the motor switches back to the "engaged" position, VOILA! The new controller works wonders! I have NEVER had an ebay seller call me before, but that's what Charmaine did, even before they shipped! She was telling me that she read the note i put on the order about possibly doing an expedited shipping, but once it was paid for, it was past the time we could do that. The estimated delivery date was right on the money, so it got here fairly quickly, from last thursday when i ordered the item, to today,..tuesday. If i had ordered earlier in the week, it would have gotten here in 3 days! But even with the weekend in between, it only took 5 days. I have read & understand the other reviews, but in my case, i have ZERO concerns and WILL DEFINITELY do business with these nice folks again. I'll finish this review the same way i started it,...WHAT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Thank you Charmaine! Well done!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Woman that I spoke to, even when placing order, was rude. Promised me they had part ready for dispatch. Took money for next day delivery but then said it wouldn't send until money had cleared in their bank. Chased up a week later to be told they couldn't get the part, which they had told me they had at hand, and a refund had been issued. Another week down the line, surprise surprise, no refund. Will see how good VISA are at getting money back!
NEEDLESS TO SAY, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Fantastic

I needed new front wheels for my drive style + mobility scooter and when searching saw a used pair on their website which looked new. The price was good too Bob arranged delivery and I got them the day after he sent them. When I saw them I was surprised to find that they looked brand new.
Before I did buy them I did see a lot of negative reviews but noticed they always involved parts that needed to be ordered and but there were lots of problems with manufacturers getting items to Uk at the time. The other reviews for items in store were all good so I ignored the bad ones.
Bob was easy to talk to, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient I would definitely recommend them.

Ordered parts in March 2023. Chased all year. Got an email Dec 2023 saying items dispatched. 1yr & 1 mth later, April 2024 still not received items, & continually chasing items & refund.
Doesn’t return emails. Answered phone once, and won’t reply to texts either.

Save your money & buy elsewhere.

DO NOT DEAL with this company

DO NOT DEAL with this company, as I have discovered like many others, having now read the reviews they are Not Trustworthy. Purchased a key which took over a month to arrive and then it didn’t work, returned it and didn’t get the refund promised so ended up having to raise a dispute with the credit card company. To repeat…NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Find an alternative supplier…

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.
Placed online order and paid for a replacement Tiller Adjuster Gas Strut for a mobility scooter. Have never received the part, customer service is terrible, always giving excuses, then had email to say the part had been dispatched, but failed to say who the carrier was. No surprise, Part has never arrived. Now waiting for Barclaycard to recover my money.

Ordered part and never got it

Ordered part and never got it. Ordered a right foot pad in red for my go-go Pride scooter. paid for it and it never came. Sent emails to them in December, January and February. They replied 1 time and said they would send out another one. Still have never received it. Stay away, they just take your money and never send the part. Once I asked for a tracking number all communication stopped.

Failed delivery

Bought two tyres and two tubes (70GBP) for my mobility scooter on 3 Jan. 2024. Told on 25 Jan needed to pay 30GBP for free carriage. Paid on 1 Feb. Told parcel had been sent on the 9 Feb. On 28 Feb told problems with courier and it was sent with another courier. That courier received data for order but no parcel. During this time I have sent numerous messages, most of which do not get answered. They have been operating since 2008 and delaying orders with pathetic lame excuses. I want to buy other parts for my scooter including two tyres for rear wheels, two batteries, two anti-tip wheels and four hubs, but not from Wheelie (NOT) Good Mobility.

Theft!!

Unfortunately I ordered a part from this company.. She took the order over the phone and put down the wrong postcode so we never got the part in time. So we had to buy another part and send the one back that didn’t arrive in time. Unfortunately I had to raise a dispute with the credit card because refund was never returned as promised. Theft is something I take very seriously so that’s why I advise anybody to not purchase anything without a credit card from this company. Micheala was also childish when it came to saying I didn’t need to keep phoning to get the job sorted.
