Wheelspin models are a well stocked shop that says when there in stock they. A lot of shops in the UK say they have the parts in stock but don't.
And there postal service is next to non always a fast delivery. This shop is one of the best if not the best in the UK.

Ordered an RC car and accessories at 11am, received all of it by 2pm the next day.
I'd been looking for a particular model, and stumbled upon Wheelspin after the other company i was looking to buy from bumped up their prices by 20% due to what i assume was a Christmas price grab. Money is hard enough to come by these days without that sort of nonsense by unscrupulous sellers.
Thanks Wheelspin for keeping your prices right, and for offering such an excellent service! Fabulous! :)

Staff were rood when I emailed them. Please be aware that the 4-5 days on shadow stock items is a lie. They have no idea when the parts will arrive. It could take weeks.

It goes without saying that we put a huge amount of work into ensuring a great customer experience. Bad reviews are thankfully rare - but I will always look into any negative experience to see how we can improve and ensure similar mistakes don't happen again.
I have read through your conversation with our team and whilst I appreciate we can all drop the ball sometimes - I genuinely cannot see anything that could come across here as 'rood'. I can see you've placed a few orders over the years, all for relatively obscure items. Whilst we're happy to supply these kinds of parts, we do warn on our site that they will take a little longer to ship.
Bearing mind the time of year (it's Black Friday weekend as I write this and all retailers are pretty busy), it's not unusual to expect that things may take an extra day or two (not "weeks" as you write in your review...). After you raised your concerns, your order was upgraded to next day delivery and I am happy to see the obscure parts you were so desperate to receive did actually arrive that same afternoon, shipped immediately for you and were with you the very next day. So all in all, despite taking an extra day or two to ship they did arrive within the expected timeframe.
I am struggling to see how this is a 1-star experience, but of course you are entitled to your opinion and I wish you the best of luck sourcing your next order of hard-to-find spare parts from another supplier who you feel may accommodate your needs better. I'm thankful to say that we will continue providing our great levels of service to our many happy customers.

Email response times for the last month are on average around 4 hours…. We do read and respond in a timely manner to all messages we receive!

Always excellent helpful service. Ordered many times before and will continue to use on a regular basis. Shame they had to start using Royal Mail as the default express service. You can ask for DPD where as before, DPD was default.

Just AMAZING from start to finish
