Excellent service and reception in India.

I’ve used this service a few times. It’s fab. I can get all the uk channels I want when I’m in Tenerife. Perfectly priced in my view. Probably could do with a 2-week package in addition to the 1 and 4 week packages. I’d recommend this service.

The only criticism I have is that whilst I was in France and activated my VPN I was unable to access programmes provided by Amazon Prime - all other stations were fine. Slightly disappointing

Even though on this occasion I had a problem Whenaway came to my rescue and sorted matters very quickly.

Good service at a good price.

BBC iPlayer won’t allow viewing when abroad (unless previously downloaded) so my charming and witty wife took a punt on When Away, but unfortunately neither of us septuagenarians could fathom out how to set her iPad up. A swift message to the helpline and a simple guide was sent by return, and 5 minutes later she was catching up the goings on in Albert Square from the Canaries. Might even have a go myself 😁

Great service to use when abroad. Any minor problems are sorted quickly as very quick to respond and resolve.

Really easy to change over, helped by great advice. The response was really quick from the support team.

I had a problem with one particular channel not playing. I got a speedy reply with a solution. Why not add a troubleshooting page to your website.

Simple and straightforward. Worked well for my holiday in Turkey in October 2024. Works as a one-off purchase so there is no need to cancel and no worries about recurring money being taken.

Brilliant service

Paid £5.99 for a week of UK TV coverage in France, then worked through the detailed process to try to connect for 2.5 hours. Failed! Then contacted HELP. They sent me a copy of the detailed instructions, which I already had. Failed again, then I asked to be reimbursed. 12 hrs later, nothing! It may happen yet, but I’m not confident.

30/09/2024: Hmm, just had message that my account is cancelled and monies will be reimbursed in 5-10 days. I’m ok with that.

We use a similar service in Lanzarote so we tried Whenaway when we were on holiday in France.
Absolutely splendid. We watched all our normal programs with delight. The streaming services we will catch up with when we get home.
Thank you for the technical assistance in logging on, which for an 86 year old, was essential.

I’ve been using this service for well over ten years and as an infrequent traveler the fact that I can dip in and out is important for me. The service is great value for money and works well. Any time I’ve needed help the team has been terrific and very responsive - real humans as well, not these infernal chatbots and ‘help’ pages. Great work.
