Very responsive customer service
I ordered two pairs of glasses, one with transitions lenses and one with sunglasses. The transitions pair was a large frame and the progressive lenses unfortunately didn’t work out n the frame and when I reached out to customer service they immediately offered a refund. The sunglasses are great and I’m sure they will be useful

Upon investigation, we found that your order's delivery has been impacted by recent severe weather disruptions. Our shipping carrier has advised that winter weather in the Northern Plains, Great Lakes, Ohio Valley, and Northeastern US, and flooding in the Pacific Northwest US may delay final delivery of mail and packages. If your delivery address is located in one of these areas, your package's arrival will be unavoidably delayed. I’ve ordered my glasses from WearLite a few times now, and I honestly love their service. They’re quick—well, as quick as it gets for prescription glasses—and super reliable. I’ve never had issues, but the one time I did need help, their communication was excellent. The assistants were so patient and considerate. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience every time!
