Don’t buy from this company, it’s a scam. Bought an item, it never shipped. They never shipped it. After a month I asked for a refund. They said the don’t offer refunds only store credits. They never fulfilled my order and won’t return my money.

I placed a preorder in early January from Whimsy Threads Boutique for items from their Valentine’s Day collection, more than a month before the holiday.
About one week before Valentine’s Day, I still had not received any shipping updates or communication, so I emailed customer service. I received no response and sent additional follow-up emails, which also went unanswered. Valentine’s Day came and went, and I never received the preorder.
After requesting a refund, the company responded and stated that preorder items were non-refundable and issued me a gift card instead. I used the gift card to place another order, but once again received no updates and never received the items, even after waiting approximately two more months.
One additional concern is that although I ordered from Whimsy Threads Boutique, my Afterpay transaction listed the merchant as Willow Tree Boutique, which caused confusion and raised concerns about the business identity.
I ultimately had to dispute the charges through Afterpay due to non-delivery of goods, and Afterpay refunded me.
Based on my experience, communication was extremely poor, orders were never delivered, and the process to resolve the issue took significant time and effort.
I would strongly encourage others to use caution when placing preorders with this business.
