Whitegates have provided exceptional service, handling all maintenance issues and communication promptly and professionally.
I mainly deal with John and Anastasija, both are so helpful and solve any issues that arise.

I was a tenant in one of their properties. The flat was handed over to me in a poor order. The chair was broken and fitted with some glue that didn't last for a month. The curtains were stained. They charged me for the broken chair and curtain stains. They mentioned the flat was equipped with a storage heater, however, it was not a storage heater, just a normal one, so the energy bill went too high. I stayed in the apartment only for 6 months and they charged almost half of my security deposit. I would not recommend Whitegates for tenants.
As a landlord I have used Whitegates in Coventry for over 20 years now, and have had cause to utilise their services so many times I couldn't begin to count over the years for my 5 properties.
They have always proved professional and reliable, and are not afraid to give honest opinions which helps with decision making such as how much rent to ask in the current market conditions. Located in the City Centre they get a lot of footfall, and response to their advertising, there have been many occasions where a tenant has given notice and Whitegates have found another before they have moved out. Very satisfied to such an extent that to give credit where its due I am writing this review, plus it also helps to know if an agents are trustworthy and transparent.
