Whitegates do a fantastic job for me, they deal with everything to do with my tenants and charge a very fair price. The customer service is excellent, highly recommend to anyone.

Very happy with the service supplied by Whitegates Heanor. The sale of my late relative’s property was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff were always willing to help with my queries and kept in touch throughout the process.

I've dealt with many estate agents however Whitegates heanor easily tops the lot. The ladies at the heanor branch are superb to deal with as a landlord and property developer when buying and selling. As a buyer and seller, they make the process easy with great communication until exchange and as a landlord, the office fulfil what a landlord expects; Looking after your properties, making sure they are available to help the tenants when needed - which is key to keep the tenants happy and income coming smoothly, as well as give competitive rates.

Personally the main thing I like about the company, is that everything is done in-house, to make transactions easier, smoother and quicker to deal with. Other/majority of estate agents are under the Connells umbrella who, because they are so big, have lost their customer relationship touch and focus on numbers. The individual agents might be good however there are so many different departments which deal with certain areas in the Connells umbrella which gets messy, takes time to get stuff sorted and you don't get the best overall service. Landlords are numbers to them, a target for monthly income to get, then forgotten about once you sign up. Myself and my Tennants have not been happy with that service so moved to Whitegates.

I would highly recommend Whitegates to landlords and want to thank Lisa and the team for their work and dedication, keeping my Tennants happy, and not seeing me as a number and monthly target but as a individual business they want to work with and I look forward to bringing more business to them in the future.

Whitegates have been great with their support. Has a buyer i have received regular updates and able to make several visits to the property i am purchasing. Mary has been particularly helpful and supportive with getting up to date information from 3rd parties.

We have recently sold and bought with Whitegates Heanor. An experience I couldn’t recommend enough. The team at Whitegates are so friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. The team who help us, Sally, Louise and Abbie were crucial in the success of our move. We first put an offer on a house before having ours on the market, within the space of a week the Whitegates team had come to value, take professional pictures and had our house on the market. They already had many viewings lined up for us and that same weekend we had accepted an offer. Their help didn’t stop there… throughout what is a stressful time Whitegates supported and guided us through the process. They were excellent at updating and keeping everyone in the chain working hard to reach a completion. A personal thank you to Sally, Louise and Abbie who were always on the other end of the phone ready to help. We are now settled in our new house and couldn’t be happier with our whole experience with Whitegates.

Don’t be fooled by the old school high street estate agents whitegates, they’ve been around forever, how could they go wrong!!!!! Well they do BIG time... they franchise out to people with zero experience in the industry, the Heanor in Derbyshire branch were in full management of my rental property and somehow managed to serve a section 21 in the incorrect name, which is an easy throw out in court nowadays costing me a lot of money in solicitors fees .... To cut a long story short the tenants eventually left leaving £10,000 worth of theft and damage which whitegates take no responsibility for. If I were you I would find a non franchise estate agents, there’s plenty out there and they will look after your property.
