The whitegates in mirfield are a disgrace. You book a viewing for a property get told a time to view the property at which was 16.00 and we call on the day to confirm the time you get told the time is then 17.15 you turn up and nobody is their to show you round the property. Now if Mirfield whitegates don't want to rent out the property then take the god damn property of the listing. The property was 16 bracken hill mirfield. Don't waste your time viewing it as you won't get to view it anyway.

This is the second time I have purchased with Whitegates and also chose to sell with them as well. Local friendly office. Excellent service from Bronte in the final stages of completion - she was vital in the process. Thanks for a great service.

From the very first meeting with the Whitegates team (Sarah, Chris, Junaid) at their Mirfield office their professionalism, pro-activity and first class advice was exemplary. When solicitors seemed unable to answer questions the Whitegates team were able to obtain answers! As I live many miles away they organised all viewings and kept me updated at all times. I bought my house in Mirfield with the team at Whitegates and, when I was looking to sell it, there was no other estate agent I would consider to see me through the process.
The initial sale interview was very thorough, the photos were amazing and all the visits handled very professionally. We had a good amount of interest and several offers.
I felt the team was fair in their advice regarding the different offers and we ended up accepting a great offer.
However, where the Whitegates team - Gillian and Ollie - really proved their value, was when the sale dragged on and we had to leave it in their hands when we emigrated.
