Purchasing a property for the purpose of renovation and rental, Rebecca at Whitegates worked both on behalf of the seller, and myself as the buyer. Offered her extensive industry experience throughout the process, as well as her direct local experience. Rebecca has continued to support my property rental venture long after purchase completion, as the tenancy commences - open to any questions and requests with a prompt and professional manner. I have viewed several properties with Rebecca, it is clear she has a great rapport with both buyer and seller in every instance, and uses her personality to make both parties comfortable and informed. I would highly recommend.

We had our 6 month review yesterday by a Whitegates representative, and were well impressed by the competent and professional manner in which he carried out the inspection.
Connor was very thorough, conscientious, and polite throughout the inspection, and was attentive to any questions, and concerns put to him.

Had my 6 month inspection Yesterday (14.11.18.) The rating I have given is not based on Connor himself. He is polite,friendly & helpful & a credit to Whitegates. I disagree with Whitegate's policy of a visit every 6 Months! It feels like Tenants are not left alone. I have been here 4 years with no problems either with rent & other neighbours ect & report any repairs as & when they crop up,which you promptly sort out,so that's not an issue either. The photos that are taken prove I am looking after the property. I fully understand the need to do one a year I accept that. The second one is unfair to good tenants. I am happy overall with Whitegates except for your policies.

Whitegates Prenton are the gem of estate agents. I would like to thank Tracey Hitchen and all the rest of the staff for all their hard work they have done on the sale of my property. We had our house inspection today, Connor from whitegates came out to us. Connor was very professional, looked very smart, easy to talk to and listened to everything we had to say. Thank you! Connor for making the inspection both, professional and friendly at the same time. Over all a very pleasant experience and in our opinion connor, you are an asset to whitegates.

We recently had a viewing with Tracey and have had our offer accepted. Tracey was wonderful - very patient and generous with her time,answering our numerous questions and affording us her professional opinion. I feel reassured that the whole process will be a lot less stressful under her guidance.

We invited Tracey from Whitegates to come and do a valuation/appraisal of our late father's house. She was on time and very friendly and professional.
She told us what she would do to sell the property and that is exactly what she did. We are very pleased to say that the house was put up for sale on the Monday and sold on the Saturday for the asking price.

Brilliant, they started calling potential customers the very day I listed my house, had a viewing the next day and an offer, at the full asking price one day later ! Sold after 3 days, outstanding. You can’t beat that. Who says moving house is stressful?

I felt I must leave a review, which is unusual for me. All of the staff were most helpful, especially Sam Armstrong. Sam was determined to get me a good tenant for my much loved home and she achieved this in just one day! She was extremely professional and approachable-her advice and support were really reassuring. I know that Whitegates will look after my interests while my house is rented out.

Finally! An estate agent I can trust. I currently find myself searching for my forever home and have been for a number of months (I know what I want)! After viewing almost every house on the Wirral with other estate agents, I find that in Whitegates, I have clarity and they are only sending me properties that match my criteria. Two open ears and one closed mouth is something I've always struggled to find with estate agents until now. Samantha Armstrong is my POC who does an excellent job listening to my needs and finding me relevant properties. The search goes on but I'm sure my dream home will be found with this company. I couldn't recommend enough. When I sell my property I will certainly be using Whitegates.

I recently was shown a property by Tracey Hitchen. I was visiting my daughter in Liverpool and only contacted Whitegates to view the property later that day. She was happy to attend at short notice. Was very professional and had good knowledge of the property and area.

Put our house on the market in November by March it was sold considering the Christmas holidays in between we thought that this was super quick. The ladies we dealt with were absolutely spot on they were all very professional would definitely recommend Whitegates to people well done.
