I would like to personally thank Lucy from Whitegates in the Woolton office for all her hard work in getting our sale completed.
We had a difficult drawn out process due to issues outside of our control however, Lucy perceived and most importantly of all communicated and updated us throughout the entire process,
I will be using Whitegates moving forward for any future buying/selling,

Whitegates sold the property of my elderly aunt (with me acting as Power of Attorney). This meant for some complicated communications during the whole process, but we found them to by sympathetic, attentive and caring. Not easy to achieve in a fast-paced business. Part of Whitegates' appeal is the personalised approach. We mostly communicated with Lucy, who was just super about returning calls, emails and generally responding to our queries. I'd definitely recommend Whitegates if you're looking for a hands-on, more bespoke estate agents.

We had a challenging experience putting our property on the market elsewhere but the moment Whitegates stepped in to become our agents we knew they were the perfect choice.

From Paige coming out to value and discuss market strategy to sell our home (being super realistic but positive) to Lucy being with us every step of the way, we have had an excellent experience. Trying on several occasions to enquire about rental properties, nobody ever gets back either by email or phone, very unprofessional.

Yet again we enter 2026 my Mortage payment now overdue no money in my account it’s now 2nd January.

After a lot of back and forward negotiation with the seller through Whitegates we agreed a price. I had the survey done and there were some issues flagged. I flagged these to Whitegates and the seller for feedback from the seller and to work on a solution to move forward. The Seller cancelled the sale and put the property back on the market at £10k above our agreed price, £5k above the original listed price. I can’t believe an agent, Whitegates, would support this type of behaviour which they obviously do to re list the property. Terrible behaviour and the only person out of pocket is me, the prospective buyer. Also they posted this with a clause that you had to pay an agent £996 for the sale to be agreed. They would supply searches for this fee, which no solicitor other than their own will accept. It’s an absolute Scam.

Lucy Kelly was the estate agent dealing with the sale of a property we bought. Lucy was an excellent communicator throughout and did everything so efficient. If I was buying a property again I would only use Lucy for her professionalism and caring nature. If you want something doing then Lucy is your go-to person.

We sold our home with whitegates woolton and honestly the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. All of the wonderful ladies in the shop kept us upto date with all information and were more than happy to answer any questions whether big or small. Will forever choose to use whitegates woolton for future purchases and sales! Thank you so much!!

Georgina was my "go to" lady when I was selling my house (completed 24 March 2023) She was great! She was pleasant and helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. (The other ladies in the office were great too!) Georgina was just the right mixture of sympathetic and businesslike. (That is, she was "oh dear, tell me all about it" AND "right, let's do this"!) It didn't hurt that she was really quick in both replying to my e-mails and passing on important information from the buyer etc., too.

Absolutely fantastic service. Very friendly and helpful staff at the branch in woolton village. Always keep you up to date with viewing and offers on your house. They are always quick to respond to questions and call backs. Would recommend to anyone who is looking on selling a house quick.

The service from Whitegates was excellent, no pretence of faffing about with glossing up the house,they new the area the type of property the local amenities and what the property could sell for within a week a price was agreed and subsequently sold subject to contract.
