I ordered a teeth whitening kit which came with a slight defect, and they dealt with my problem in good time. Amazon are usually useless but Whiteluxe made the ordeal much smoother when i emailed them so i will definitely continue to use them for my teeth whitening
Had an issue with my order (the light wasn't working), so I emailed their customer service and they emailed back quickly in good time. They asked for my order number and date (it was thankfully within the return period) and sent me a replacement, no extra costs.
I have since been very happy with my kit! Shame the product was a bit faulty at start but they were quick to help and I've not had any issues since, and my teeth are looking nice & white!
I purchased this a month ago, and it was meant to be delivered in one working day however it took 9 days to be delivered.
They also offer a moneyback guarantee if the product doesn't work (which it does not work!!) but they are now ignoring my emails.
I would not bother wasting your money on this product.
