We are a Limited Company trading since 1979 and have never experienced such poor customer service. We have tried to open a trade account since 20th February and still nothing has been actioned. Abdul kindly prefers to blame Close Brothers for being at fault for creating the delay in checking our credit,which is a complete lie as his accounts department has confirmed on a previous call. Not a good way for them to attract new customers but we won't be one of them
