Do not rent from them. They are fraud. Would never pay back your deposit. I would have left no star if possible. I will be taking legal action. I downloaded this app just to leave this review

This is a bad estate agent and I will never advise anyone to rent with them as they deal with landlords who are racist, liars, and also take people for granted.
They gave my room to a different tenant while I had already made payments and signed a contract with them.On the day I decided, to move in, They tried to convince me to move into a smaller room with broken door handle and a faulty bed. On top of this, I did not receive any apology.

DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
This agency is ridiculous. They make you feel pressured about paying rent and don’t care about the well-being of their tenants. During this corona virus period they have done nothing to make us feel welcomed and have only pressured us to pay their rent. The customer service is so poor and terrible, the lady they have chosen to represent them, has a bad attitude. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to use their services!
