We had a very positive experience working with Lisa from Whitewells Surveyors on a significant business rates rebate claim. Given the reputation some firms in this sector can have, I was initially cautious, but they were professional, transparent and highly efficient throughout.
The process was handled smoothly from start to finish, communication was clear, and most importantly they delivered a substantial result for us.
I would have no hesitation recommending them to other businesses looking for a reputable and effective specialist in this area.
At first I thought this could be either a scam or even just pushy salespeople. However, despite my reluctance, Whitewells Surveyors handled everything properly and professionally.
I was sceptical they could achieve anything for us, nevermind the figures they quoted but I was wrong. Once agreed with Whitewells, a couple of weeks later they had achieved a significant discount and a refund of my business rates. I thought I had managed to claim everything, but alas no.
My refund landed promptly from the council, as explained by Whitewells.
I have been very pleasantly surprised and would have no hesitation in recommending Whitewells to others. Happy if anybody wanted to discuss my experiences with anybody who is also sceptical to reassure them.

my last experience of this was a scam - which cost us money whilst being messed about. i write to assure you that Whitewells Surveyors have restored my faith in this process. i was advised from the start that no money would be taken unless they were succesfull and advised that we would be paid directly from the council before we had to settle their bill. you will pay a percentage of what they get back which i thought was high BUT to be honest we tried to claim ourselves to be told a flat NO - yet Whitewells actualy got us a large sum of money back whilst also ensuring that next years bill is correct. shame on our local council for being so dishonest !!
no hassle, fast efficient service would recommend to anyone they saved us over 24 k pounds on our business rates after years of trouble from other companies

Whitewells contacted me in 2022 to see if they could save me money on our companies rates bill. After sending them the latest invoice they called me straight back to say they could save me £7,547.50 minus their commission which was very reasonable. I received a revised rates invoice within 7 days. I have also used them in 2023 & intend to use them every year. Very efficient & friendly staff.
