Poor service
Customer service appalling and still waiting for vouchers 10 days after purchase. Were told they had been sent day after we paid for them, and turns out they still haven't been sent yet! We've been lied to and cut off the phone, left hanging on the phone...... Manager won't speak to us either, he's too busy. Plenty of competition elsewhere

Poor Service
Absolutely disgusted with the service provided. I booked an overnight stay with a spa experience a month in advance. I was told due to a system error 2 days before they cancelled my reservation. Laura dealt with my reservation no compensation or compassion was given. Make sure you check your reservation. They have now left me in the lurch. As I am unable to organise anything within 2 days. Great disappointment. Service was absolutely atrocious.
