We have used woodcocks Haworth & Nuttall three times for house sales and purchases, Michaela has handled our case each time and each time the service has been excellent. Most recently the last sale was very difficult mostly due to delays caused by the conveyancer being used by our buyer. Michaela was always able to keep us updated, pressed the other side for answers and progress, and any responses needed by her were dealt with the same day or early the next day if they arrived late. I would recommend Woodcocks Howarth & Nuttall and specifically Michaela to anyone.

I have used WHN solicitors for a number of years and found them professional and efficient. This particular time it was Carolynne Torvill and Kimberely Raynor both in the Great Harwood office who I used. Whilst I had a lot of the information it was still a case of having to deal with six properties at the same time all with their slight quirks and to get them for exchange to the same buyer at the same time.Knowing how these things can, through no fault of anyone, be drawn out I was anticipating completion to be at least two months longer than they were. I met with Carolynne on a few occasions to clarify various requirements and found the experience both efficient and friendly. I have other properties that will be sold in the near future and I will be using Carolynne again when the time comes.
