I was quoted £59 for my air con regas on the fix my car website, when I had it done at Formula One auto centre 152 Abbey Lane Leicester, they charged me £69 and told me the price of £59 on your site was wrong.
I was not happy to pay £10 more than quoted on your site. Because of this, I
Will be weary of using you again.

Booked my car in with f1 through fix my car for a air con recharge, phoned the garage the next day to confirm my booking to be told my car wasn't booked in and the price they quoted was totally different and much more expensive.

Mechanic did not show. Rang him and he said the date for service was different to date on the schedule. Inconsistent service would not recommend.
Further to my review and as requested. The repair was scheduled, in the app for 1 July, when I rang the mechanic on the 1 July to confirm and schedule he said he had it as 9 July. He was apologetic nevertheless, this was no good to me. Clearly there is a disconnect between him and your system. This was my first time to use your service. I ve now found an alternative. I hope that helps

Super quick response and service. Efficient, friendly and good price. Will always use from now on.

A very strange and disjointed service when using for the first time. Booked a slot with a garage but got no confirmation. Rang the garage and they had no clue of the booking. Booked another slot with a different garage and they don't do vans as the other garage. Then I had other random bookings in my account. What a mess and there's need to be a distinction between cars and vans, surely it can't be that difficult as you need to input your reg anyway.

As a garage with over 10 years with them I was treated unfairly. I had a customer cancel directly with me and they still charged me for the job. I was also told by one of their employees that if I paid it I would be refunded and they then refused. Would avoid.

What a waste of my time. First time I have used fix my car, I received and accepted a quote to fix my driver side electric window from a mobile mechanic, who messaged to say he would arrive and do the job on Monday 29th June. He did not turn up, and when I messaged to ask where he was he did not reply to explain the no-show. Disappointing.

Terrible service. Fix my Car booked me in at a non-existent time slot 6-9am and the garage knew nothing about it and were full. Told me not to use them again. Half a day wasted.

The engineer kept me up to date with his arrival time and arrived as predicted. He was efficient and kept the work site as clean as he found it

Hello
This company is being recommended to me by my friend that they have good prices and they are very reliable and friendly
And easy to apply on their website

Booking was easy enough but one company I tried could not do the job quoted for at all and the other couldn’t do it until after the day of the appointment and then wanted to charge £140 rather than the £75 they had quoted despite giving them all the details requested.

The garage Mells Auto Repair that was recommended by FixMyCar did an excellent job. I could not for the life of me find a garage that would change a wetbelt on a 2018 Honda Civic. I got turned away by my usual garage and 2 others around the Frome area.

When we arrived at the Formula 1 repair centre for the regas we were told that the fix my car quote was only an estimate of the price and was then told it was £69 £10 more than was quoted so had to accept as the work was already planned into our day not happy

I used FixMyCar to find a reliable mechanic for a specific Audi AdBlue error. SAD Automotive accepted the job but sent an initial technician who lacked the basic tools to scan the car. A second technician arrived and demanded an extra fee on my driveway that was never part of the FixMyCar quote. To make matters worse, the diagnostic advice was totally conflicting—the mechanic on-site told me he didn't know what was wrong and offered an illegal software bypass, while the office later emailed claiming it was a specific, heavily marked-up sensor. FixMyCar needs to vet their network better. This was a completely substandard, stressful experience.
