An item was out of stock, would have preferred a phone call to suggest an alternative rather than just have a note upon opening items. Other products were perfect.

Responsive and friendly staff
I was a little unsure using this company as I hadn't heard of them but their pricing seemed very good value.
I called and spoke to Rupert who was very knowledgeable, helpful and set my mind at ease.
Delivery was fast and the item was well packed.
Very happy with their service - I'd definitely use them again.

I paid for Saturday delivery and it was late
I paid for Saturday delivery before 12, ordered on the Thursday before. My delivery didn’t arrive until the Monday after. It was a late delivery with zero attempt to deliver on the Saturday.
