Bent, broken and rotten flowers. Non existent customer service.
Flowers were poorly packed, many bent or broken, many were rotten. All supposed to be A grade.
I ordered more than needed, as never expect every one to be useable, but I had to discard so many that I ended up trawling supermarkets for top up flowers the day prior to my dad's funeral.
I wrote to the company re my distress. I didn't ask for money back, I didn't ask for replacements, all I asked was that they quality checked their flowers and packing procedures. Zero response. Nothing. I've left it several weeks but I'm clearly not going to get any response, let alone an apology. I can not recommend at all. 2 stars for the chrysanthemums and small roses, the rest were shoddy. Could have been 3* if they had responded.
