A company that has lost its way? Better service and reliable products can be sourced from a major online retailer.
In the past I've used this company to supply lighting for housing projects. It had a guarantee scheme to replace faulty items that failed. Orders started to be incomplete and direct replacements were no longer available. Some batches of lamps had items that failed upon powering up. The last small order for a standard item resulted in it being out of stock even though it showed available. A replacement was suggested and a month later, after no delivery, they claimed they had to be bought in. The equivalent item is readily available online and on supermarket shelves, as well as tool stockists.

Ordering was simple and received very quickly. One of the light bulbs didn't work out of the 26 but within two days two replacements were received. Excellent sales and after sales. Recommended without hesitation and will use again.

Extremely helpful
Extremely helpful - I approached Simon without a clue of what I was doing and after a bit of back and forth he had given me a quote for everything I needed to complete my project all made up. Had been messing about for weeks prior to this contact.

Going the extra mile!
I’m not at all technical savvy, so I explained to Kaz roughly what I wanted. He took it from there and produced an order for what I needed.
When the items arrived I was able to construct the system but had a problem pairing the remote control. I phoned Kaz up and he took me through the process. Problem solved!!
To me Kaz went the extra mile to ensure he had a satisfied customer. First class.

I found the website a little difficult…
I found the website a little difficult but had excellent service on the phone (from Simon) with the order fulfilled without delay and soon received. The product (seamless LED tape) has now been in service for some weeks - an upgrade to a much older LED system - and is a significant improvement with no hitches. All very satisfactory. Would have been 5* but for the website!

Great customer service
I want to extend a massive thank you to Dee and Simon who were incredibly helpful with placing my LED strip lighting order. They talked me through all the parts that would be required to power long strips of led lighting and ensured they provided the best price as well. They managed to ship the order out ASAP and I received it within 2 days.

More light in our Darkness !
After trying to log on to pay for our WLED order using my card rather than my wife's and finding it difficult ' old, techno phobe etc. I decided to phone this morning.

Wrong Power supply and faulty led strip
The items that came where wrong
Even items were discussed before buying again via online chat- one led strip was also faulty I have ordered for special occasion for day it took to long I asked for refund they telling they not refund for led strip I end up buying from different suppliers spend extra money but 200£ cheaper than there led also 3 meter extra just been a headache.I never leave bad reviews at all but the guy on the chat wasn’t helpful - it’s not uk standard customer service maybe customer services need to be reviewed!

Having spoken to my colleagues in the Customer Services department, I understand that there was an incorrect driver sent out, and then the run of tape you received was also faulty. In general the quality of our tape is incredibly high, but manufacturer defects unfortunately do happen and are beyond our control. We aimed to rectify the situation for you, however we do acknowledge that this could have been rectified quicker, and for this we apologise. We regret that we are unable to provide refunds for LED tape, this is only because they have to be custom cut for each customer depending on the lengths needed. As a gesture of goodwill, the Sales team are willing to offer you store credit for the value of tape purchased, and if you would like to claim this, then all you need to do is just give us a call. If there is anything else in the future we can help with, then we are always available on 0116 321 4120. The WLED Team.

Replacement for flourescent bulb.
I wanted to replace a fluorescent light with an LED strip, and called WLED for advice. Simon took my call and guided me through my various options, patiently explaining anything I didn’t understand. The order was made and was delivered as quickly as could be expected. It proved easy to install, and I am pleased with the result.
I will definitely be using WLED for the next similar project.
