I've already been return customer for 4 orders. And planning to use them for long time.
Have I had issues? Yes. Once I haven't received one watch. Other time lots of things were out of stock and it took 3 weeks to ship the order. But like everywhere - you have to talk with people and find ways to resolve issues. Missing watch was sent the next day. Shipping always depends on time of the year. I happy with service, I happy with watches and I will be using them in future. I've placed 2 orders at the moment and it is smooth sailing.

Do not trust this company. They claim returns yet they do not offer this when we watches and box come very low quality so false advrtising.

I attempted to make enquiries with a view to purchase a Hugo Boss watch which stated it was Swiss Made. When I made initial contact to ask about the authenticity of the watch and requested for the serial number, I was basically informed that Hugo boss watches are made in China the serial number is unknown as the watch is kept in a warehouse. I asked if the warehouse could please kindly check the serial number, as I was interested in purchasing the watch for my 1 year old son named 'Hugo' for when he is old enough to appreciate a gift of this magnitude. After asking the same question on 2 separate messages, the seller did not disclose the serial number. I then had to explain to the seller that prior to 2011, Hugo Boss watches were Swiss made. I would have expected the seller to be aware of this since they had the watch for sale, which stated 'swiss made' within the description and image. The seller (name removed) then comes back, mentions a mistake had been made and increases the price of the watch - great customer service! Interestingly or rather to my relief, the seller decided to block me from adding to cart and/or buy it now. To anyone who is thinking of buying a watch from this seller, I would be extremely cautious seeing as they don't seem to know much about the stock they are selling. If you are interested in purchasing an authentic watch, I would kindly suggest for anyone to make sure to ask questions and do some due diligence. If you do not get answers to the simple questions and alarm bells start to ring, trust your initial instincts and steer clear. Note: My original post from Oct 2023 was recently removed due to a complaint by the seller in relation to an individual name working at the company being mentioned. Therefore, I have removed the name to comply. In my original post, the seller responded stating "the seller did advise you at the time the watch had been incorrectly priced due to it being the more expensive Swiss range and was required to correct the price. from this point on there was no further contact from yourself only this review left". However, this is incorrect and I attempted to contact the seller on multiple occasions, only to receive no response. UPDATE - The seller claims that I have less than 10 reviews on ebay, which is a total false statement. For the record, I have been a member on eBay since 21/07/04 and have 105 good reviews.
