WG8824 Order- no items received and no response to any of my emails!! Cheaters!!!!!!

SCAM! Do NOT order from this website. I placed an order and didn't check the trustpilot first. I never received an order confirmation email. My package was never shipped. My emails never responded to. I eventually had to go through my bank to get refunded after 14 days.

Wholesome Goodies took my money and never sent my order. No updates, no resolution, no accountability Even after contacting them countless times, they never responded. This feels completely unacceptable and untrustworthy. I won’t be ordering from them again.”

Scam, wish I read the reviews first, didn't delivery over half of the order, didn't respond to support emails, they just add more things on the site to make you pay for postage and then deliver 1 or 2 items so that you get up charged, all the items arrived damaged and melted which I let them know about and they didn't care.

They don't deliver what they advertise and never reply to any enquiries on customer service. They're happy to take your money but don't deliver the service. I consider these guys rip off merchants who only care about the money. This extra clearance box they advertise doesn't exist. Avoid them and try elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. I have reached out three times and have still not heard anything back. I paid for 24 hour delivery and didnt recieve my parcel until 5 days later. Half of my order was refunded as I assume it wasn't in stock. As a result I have a late birthday gift and wasn't aware which part had been refunded until I received it 5 days later. Avoid this business at all costs.

Over 2 years now and still can’t get it contact. I’m OWED over €100 as I never received my package. I messaged the account today on TikTok and got a response saying he would be happy to help if I gave the order number which I did and guess what I GOT BLOCKED straight away. I have screenshots as proof if anyone wants to see them let me know. Do not order from this company it’s a SCAM.

Ordered through tiktok initially. Order arrived damaged, so I requested a refund/replacement. They cancelled this request and I stupidly accepted a gift card for the website. No order arrived for nearly 2 weeks, then only 3 items arrived. Had no response at all to most recent emails!
Avoid at all costs!

I paid for my order, the money came out of my bank but I never received a confirmation email (I just keep getting spam mail) with an order number. I have messaged the company three times - the only acknowledgement I had was after the first message when they told me it would be dispatched after the weekend. They have not responded since and I still have not received my order. I am unable to find a contact number to speak to a person directly and so I am left completing their 'contact us' forms. Extremely disappointing.

Where is my order? I ordered 20 days ago and absolutely no comms. I don't even get responses to my emails. What a scam. I'll make sure everyone I know knows not to purchase from you.

Shocking Company !! Say they delivered my order when they clearly havent, try blaming it on DPD. Just pure lies, terrible company. Pure Scam selling products they clearly dont have.

Bought a bundle more than half was out of date, when contacting the company I was told that no refund would be provided but a £3 coupon off of my next order (as if I was going to be stupid enough to do that) I sent pictures to prove dates were more than 8 months out of date, the company then messaged to say they would in the future improve their services and then proceeded to block me! Leave me out of pocket

100% do not use, website needs taking down. Order doesn’t turn up as carnt be verified, web chat and emails are not replied too.

I had high expectations when I ordered a Prime product from Wholesome Goodies, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. Despite the website confirming my order and the money being deducted from my card, the items never reached me.
My attempts to communicate with the company through numerous emails were futile, with their only response being a claim that the goods were delivered. In an effort to verify, I checked with my building's concierge and reviewed security camera footage, both of which confirmed the absence of any parcel from Wholesome Goodies.
Frustratingly, my request for the tracking number, essential for my own investigation, went unanswered, and all communication abruptly ceased. This entire ordeal has left me with the unsettling suspicion that Wholesome Goodies might be engaging in deceptive practices, essentially taking money without fulfilling orders.

This experience has significantly diminished my confidence in [Company Name], and I feel compelled to share this review to alert others about my unsatisfactory encounter.

Ordered Thursday, received Saturday. Also had an extra bottle of Prime thrown in so saved £££

This company keeps blocking me on all socials because I’m trying to tell people not to buy from here they are a scam company and will take your money and won’t send you your package. We ordered prime last November when the price for it was crazy and we never received it and they won’t give us a refund for our money, as the price of prime has gone completely down since then we don’t want it to be sent to us now we want a refund which we deserve and if this company had any bit of respect and decency towards customers they would gives us back our money which we completely deserve.

Don’t order. Missing half the order. Sent several emails. No reply and no refund.

Have not received any information about the order.

They have not responded any e-mails. They have not made a refund of 50 EUR.

It's been almost two months, very disappointed.

It took around 12 hours to receive our mystery box. I thought the items we received was acceptable for the price - you boy these things for the fun just as much as the items! I’d buy again -! Buy with confidence
