I purchased an item in November 2017 …

I purchased an item in November 2017 was supposed to arrive end of November and nothing I have contacted them regularly through WOUCHER and directly but to no avail! This company's customer service is the worst I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! I finally managed to get a response after several automated ones saying they aim to reply within 72 hours apologising and saying that a replacement has been sent out. Again 3 weeks later and still nothing. They are now ignoring my emails completely and I cannot get through to there customer service at all.
I've now gone back to WOUCHER to request a refund from them as o don't believe these guys are a legitimate company at all!
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE if u value your hard earned cash visit love honey and pay a few pound extra but at least you will get your items and decent customer service!

Again avoid whorunstheworld at all costs they will take your money and run

brought an item through wowcher..never …

brought an item through wowcher..never turned up,company won't answer their phone or answer your emails,contacted wowcher about them they sent a email then the company said oh must have been lost in post sending replacement out, never received then another email next to say it was damaged in transport and sending it back to manufacturers and will send another,its now Jan I ordered back in oct 2017 and still nothing, PLEASE PLEASE people don't BUY from this company unless you want to be ripped off

Ordered an item from this company via …

Ordered an item from this company via wowcher, didnt receive by the date stated so i emailed but had nothing back, after roughly 4 or 5 emails i finally had a response asking for my address again.

I sent address again and again nothing!

I had had enough so i found the director of the company and spoke to her direct, after a bit of twoing and froing i finally got an email saying they would send out a replcement via 1st class.

I thought it wouldnt arrive but the next day i had it delivered!

Bit of a pain to start with but sorted very fast for me in the end!

Maybe ordering direct from the company and cutting out wowcher would be alot easier 😊

They seem to have some great things on their site at great prices, deffo worth a look!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHARLATANS!!!!

This is rated one star as Trust Pilot doesn’t give you the option of a minus rating.

I ordered from Who Runs The World via Wowcher on the 24th October 2017 and was told the item would arrive by 31st October. The delivery never took place and I contacted their customer service team to request an update and was assured a replacement was en route. The replacement never arrived so I recontacted and again was assured the item was out for delivery. It is now a month on and I still have not received the item which was a gift meant for someone’s birthday at the beginnng of November.

As if this wasn’t bad enough the company are now not answering my emails and I cannot get through on the phone despite trying repeatedly!

I implore you - as good as the deal seems please do not buy from this company. They are scammers who have stolen my money and fobbed me off with false promises. I am now going to make it my mission to spread as many bad reviews about this company across the internet as is humanly possible. I’m not one to leave bad reviews generally but this company have really p*ssed me off no end.

No Customer Service At All

Brought a product through Wowcher, which when arrived did not work, should have known to good to be true Reduced from £99.99 to £19.99.

Contacted them was sent generic email saying they would contact me within 48 hours, 7 days later after several emails still no response.

Avoid if you want a decent product and customer service.
