I am extremely happy to be able to write this review after such a stressful time waiting for my husband visa to be approved. We were very very happy with Mr Waleed. With the way he handled the whole situation, we honestly cannot speak highly enough of him. Very professional. I've used Waleed from my entry…
I've used Waleed from my entry clearance, extension and now my ILR application for spouse.
He always is professional by responding to any questions or concerns we had.
The ILR application was the last hurdle and we didn't meet the financial requirement.
My husband changed from empliyed to unemployed and many months later he became a carer for his ill mother.
We felt it was unfair that my husband didn't have all the documents for being a carer and we didn't want to apply for extension or put under 10 year route.
Thankfully waleed put a strong case for us and the Home Office accepted his arguments and gave me ILR.
I am so relieved that I've had waleed throughout our journey. Some people think they can do cases themselves but the amount of stress that comes with it is too much and its best to have in my eyes the best uk immigration solicitor.

Spousal + dependent visa to the UK
We made an application for a spousal visa together with a dependent visa for our son.
We had concerns over the complexity of the process and, given the cost, we were worried of making a mistake. When you plan to move your family to a different country you want to reduce any uncertainty as much as possible.
We found Waleed by a simple Google search and decided that we could trust the excellent reviews we read online. Additionally, having the chance to set up a first video call put our mind at easy that we did not need to commit from the start.
Waleed was very clear laying out our options and explaining the process and timeline. Even though everything was done remotely, having the possibility to easily set up video calls reassured us about Waleed's competence and professional attitude.
Even after we submitted the application, Waleed was available to answer our questions and doubts on the steps needed to finalise the process.

I give Waleed Hassan 5 stars for all the work he has done for our organisation. Waleed supported our organisation to apply for the Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licences. The application was a daunting process and Waleed simplified it all the way through. He was very thorough and he is one of the most excellent solicitors I have seen.
All the work was completed remotely without the need for a face to face meeting, step by step explanations and clarifications completed on zoom meetings. I want to say here that Waleed is understanding of people's needs and he never get's tired of explaining things clearly. He is patient and his clients always have access to him as appropriate.
